00:00Uh, so the criteria for a fantasy bust in fantasy football. So for me, if somebody is hurt for an
00:07extended period of time, a la Bucky Irving, it's kind of hard for me to give them the bust of the
00:13year. Uh, also, you know, Justin Jefferson was the highest pick to have the least points,
00:20but I don't know that it was necessarily all his fault. So I dug a little bit and I started going
00:26through the names and the numbers. And I wanted to pick a player that was a starting fantasy football
00:31player in your lineup at the beginning of the season that I thought was the bust of the year.
00:36That's that was my criteria for this. So Isaiah Pacheco is mine on the Kansas city chiefs. So
00:43Pacheco going into the fantasy football season, wasn't a first, second, or third round pick,
00:48but he was a bonafide RB two in pretty much every league, if not guaranteed flex. And I know that
00:55he was hurt a little bit, but George, this dude had one rushing touchdown the entire season,
01:02one touchdown, one receiving touchdown to again, you could have gotten by without him. I'm sure
01:09there were teams that did, but when you draft a player and he gives you nothing, and this guy
01:14literally gave you nothing all season long to me, that's where he qualifies for busted. I almost went
01:20with the guy that you're going with too, but he did deliver like three games this year that were
01:25viable. So that was why I didn't. Yeah, Pacheco doesn't make this count. He was terrible. And I
01:30had him on one of my teams, by the way. Yeah, I still wait to play off stuff. But I'm not Pacheco.
01:35I don't think he qualifies for this. We didn't expect much from him. It's because we have,
01:38he's a top running back too. We don't have 24 running backs in the NFL. Just don't. So there'll
01:42be a lot of bust there. Patrick Mahomes, we never thought he was going to get a lot of
01:45touchdowns. He was hurt coming into the season. Can't qualify Pacheco. Jente to me. Now,
01:51I didn't do J.J. I don't know if I necessarily agree that he can't be a bust because it's not his
01:57fault. Well, I'm not blaming him. I'm just blaming he didn't get the points here. The reason I didn't
02:01take J.J. is that he ended up finishing, by the way, in most fantasy leagues, at the top 15 wide
02:06receiver. I mean, he was pretty decent, even though he's on a bad team here. I'm looking at my home
02:10league here, and he ended up finishing with J.J. 13th. 13th. He just barely misses a wide receiver
02:16one. So I can't, J.J., but he was the first player that came to my mind here that it was
02:21going to be Justin Jefferson until I looked up the numbers here. Jente came in with so much hype.
02:25Remember, he was going to be great. No one was going to be able to tackle him. He was going to
02:28get 60-yard touchdowns on the norm here. And once again, probably not his fault. I think he was the
02:33number one running back and getting hit in the backfield, right? They had no offensive line. He was
02:37getting destroyed. No quarterback. Bowers got hurt, so nobody to throw the ball to. So yeah, it wasn't
02:42his fault either, but from what we expected of him, he just didn't do anything. It was
02:47a severe, I mean, a monster disappointment because he was your RB1, not your RB3. He was
02:53your RB1. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. And you took it on the chin there, right? You took it
02:57on the chin there with Jente. So he was my fantasy bust. Yeah, and I wonder if Jeremiah Love next
03:04year will be affected by Jente's performance this year. I don't know. If everyone feels every
03:09year is different, I guess we'll see.
