00:01The reaction has been excellent.
00:05We took a moment to bring the temperature down,
00:09to pause and to reflect and ask two questions.
00:13One is, how do we feel and how do I feel myself?
00:19And then, how are we going to live the next four months?
00:23And it was so encouraging and beautiful
00:29because what came out of that is very simple.
00:32We have the right to be in a great position in four competitions
00:36and in the next four months we are going to live and play
00:41with enjoyment, with a lot of courage
00:44and with the conviction that we are going to win it.
00:47And this is going to be the mindset and where we are going to put the energy.
00:52And I am just hoping that everybody that is related to this club,
00:55especially our supporters, jump on that boat
00:57because this is the way that we are going to live the next four months
01:00because we deserve to live like this.
01:04That is why I encourage them to jump in this boat
01:07because it is going to be fun.
01:09Because the excitement, that conviction, that energy, that will
01:13is the way you have to live when you want to achieve a dream,
01:16when you want to achieve something that you have played for ten months.
01:19Because out of that, a lot of incredible things are going to emerge.
01:23Some of the things that we cannot even imagine.
01:25And for me that is the only way to live it
01:28because we are going to give absolutely everything.
01:30We are going to prepare in the best possible way.
01:32And the best chance to deliver what we want
01:35is putting all the energy and channeling the energy into that direction.
01:40No, it was because of the hectic schedule.
01:44So we played four away games in four different competitions.
01:47And it was a moment to pause and see who we are.
01:52What are we doing?
01:53And I said, OK, four months, how we want to actually live that.
01:58And it is just beautiful what is ahead.
02:00So we are going to live with a lot of enjoyment.
02:02I am very convinced because this team and this player have given us
02:06every reason to believe that the outcome is going to be really good.
02:09Yes, it is a disappointment of course.
02:13Every time you lose, especially in a club like Arsenal,
02:19it will be a disappointing experience.
02:21But I think the mood is still great.
02:24You know, we are in a great position both in the Premier League
02:27and the Champions League and also the domestic cups.
02:30So looking at a bigger perspective, everything is good.
02:35For us it is a great dynamic to have.
02:37I come from a club where there was a lot of Scandinavians
02:40and a lot of Danish players and Danish staff.
02:43We even had a Danish sports director when I first joined Brentford.
02:47So to have a few Scandinavians guys here is brilliant.
02:51You know, we often sit and have lunch together or dinner before games at a hotel
02:57and we speak our own languages, which is fun, you know.
03:01And the other ones obviously don't understand anything of it.
03:03But it is good for us to have that Nordic chemistry.
03:08So yeah, hopefully the club will keep recruiting more Scandinavian players.
03:14So I have pronounced my name two different ways.
03:17Or in like beginning of last season and beginning of this season.
03:21Okay.
03:22So I think I probably pronounce it in an English way and then in a Danish way.
03:25So Christian Norgard would be the English way
03:27and then Christian Nørgaard would be the Danish way.
03:29Right, gotcha.
03:30So I don't think I've made two different Danish ones.
03:33Then that's on me then if so.
