03:04and they have had many safeguards in place to make sure that this LOA will no longer be weaponized
03:11and used as harassment by examiners, especially towards our small and medium enterprises.

03:53Ayon sa mga business groups, ang MSMEs ang bumubuo sa halos lahat ng negosyo sa bansa
03:58na lumili ka ng milyon-milyong trabaho at kritikal sa lokal na ekonomiya,
04:04kung kaya't mahalaga ang isang makatarungan, malinaw at hindi-discretionary na audit system.
04:10Binigyang din ng BIR na ang mga reformang ito ay bahagi ng DARES agenda,
04:15kung saan ang ilan ay kasalukuyan ng ipapatupad habang ang mga digital at monitoring reforms ay unti-unting ilulunsad.
