00:13Journal. During his first full year, Nichol restricted bathroom access to paying customers,
00:19restored condiment bars, and closed hundreds of locations. Nicole is requiring baristas to
00:24greet every customer and is holding trainings to enforce service standards such as eye contact,
00:30and meaningful messages written on to-go cups. The company plans to add more comfortable seating,
00:35improve order pickup, reduce food shortages, and speed service to four minutes for in-store and
00:41drive-through orders. Starbucks reported record sales days during November promotions and said
