00:00How much at this point, after nearly four years of a full-scale war and invasion of Ukraine, how much flexibility does Ukraine realistically have right now?
00:13First, I would remind you that it is four years of full-scale invasion, but 12 years of the war.
00:20What flexibility does Ukraine have?
00:23We want peace, but we are not going to surrender.
00:27We are not going to become a vessel state of Russia.
00:32We are not going to reject our European path.
00:39So that is our flexibility.
00:42So we need to become part of the European Union.
00:46We need security guarantees.
00:48We need army which can protect Ukraine from any further attacks.
00:54And we recognize the fact that we can't kick off Russians from our occupied territories today.
01:02So they will remain illegally occupied by Russia after the end of hostilities.
01:07But for us, it is important to have these territories in this status as illegally occupied.
01:14Because this is Ukrainian territories, and sooner or later, we are sure that we will take back control over them.
01:24But not by military force, but by diplomacy, politics, or maybe when the Russian Empire will fall apart,
01:32which had happened with them already several times during the last hundred years.
01:36The Roman Empire, is a jegкраin
