00:00So the team, thank you. So the team have sort of set out what they want to see in the first year that may help.
00:04So in relation to the first year, 26-27, the focus is initial public role improvement subject to consultation.
00:11Those won't be permanent for obvious reasons, but we don't want them to be improvements that you've got to rip out for the permanent stuff.
00:15So it's really important to be cognizant of permanent ones.
00:18Get the planning department set up, high planning service, really important.
00:21Get the partnership approach right, and also work with key partners to deliver an exciting programme of events and activations,
00:27and obviously to build the team up.
00:28That's year one. From that will flow plans going forward.
00:31And as the Chief of Staff set out, actually you said in your question, the assessment of the funding we need is over four years.
00:38So your phase, the improvements of Oxford Street over the four years, I would hope to see subject consultation becoming car-free in that portion you said this year,
00:45even if it's interim. So what people will see this year, a finished article, but it will hopefully lead to that part of the road.
00:51Sorry, Mr Mayor, just what you're talking about is what you'd like to see.
00:54My question was more about the cost for the later phases.
