00:54All right, so we've been seeing how there has been an ongoing rift between the party
00:59and Shashi Tharoor where statements from several leaders of the Congress to the tune of calling
01:06him irrelevant and most importantly the Kochi event where Rahul Gandhi was present but Shashi
01:15Tharoor wasn't. Not just that, he also missed a key party meet that happened in the national
01:21capital instead attended the Kerala Lit Fest. Now amid all the developments and the so-called
01:27narrative of Shashi Tharoor not towing the party line, this is the latest statement that has come
01:32in from Shashi Tharoor who said that we will not wash our dirty linen in public at least from his
01:38side is what he has reiterated. He said that there is no tussle but whatever needs to be discussed
01:45will be discussed with the party's top leadership and he will not speak about it in public domain.

02:20Well, Tharoor has clearly sent out a message with his response that he is indeed upset with his party
02:28leadership and that's why he doesn't deny the report saying that he was upset with whatever
02:33happened during the Maha Panjai Tim Varnaculum which was attended by Rahul Gandhi. So that's why
02:38he has already mentioned that he will take up the issues with the party leadership. He will discuss
02:42it inside and not expose it or speak about it in public domain but clearly doesn't deny
02:47the reports. In fact, the state leadership has also clarified that if there are any issues
02:51then we will sit and discuss about it. They also doesn't want to escalate it much but having
02:56said that the state leadership however is very confident that even if Tharoor is not actively
03:01a part of the discussions, they can move ahead and prepare well for the elections because
03:06if we've seen the recent elections whether it's the local body or any of the by-elections
03:09that took place in Kerala, the Congress managed to pull off a massive victory across the state
03:14and we have not seen Tharoor campaigning for the Congress at any point. So the Congress leadership
03:20here is very confident, says that even if Tharoor is not part of the troop, it's okay we can
03:25move ahead and win the elections and work as a group. So that message is out there to
03:30the party workers also. That message has been clearly sent by the party leadership to the
03:34party workers also. But we'll have to see what is going to be Tharoor's response in the coming
03:38days and how the party leadership is going to respond to him being upset about whatever
03:42happened in the Maha Panjait event. Because earlier this month there was a camp organized
03:49by the Congress, a three-day camp to discuss the assembly elections where they decided to work
03:53as a unit. Tharoor was present at the meeting for all the three days. KC Venugopal had spoken
03:57to Tharoor also to sort out all the differences and work as a unit and Tharoor came out of
04:02the meeting very positively responding that you know we have had discussions. I've always
04:07been a Congress party man. I'll always be that and I'll always work according to the party
04:11line. I've always maintained the party's line whether it's discussions in the parliament
04:14or outside. There are times I've expressed my own opinions but that should not be treated
04:18as Congress party's opinions but my individual opinion. So Tharooror also sent out a
04:23message but looks like things turns are again. But most importantly we love to wait and see
04:28how he's going to take up things again in the coming days because state leadership has
04:32dismissed it saying that it's all internal matters. We'll discuss it if there is something
