00:00We're here today at the brand new Waldorf Astoria, where the Real Estate Board of New York is going to celebrate 130 years of existence.
00:10There are 10 commandments, 9 lives, 8 ways to Sunday, 7 seas, 6 senses, 5 fingers, 4 corners, 3 musketeers, and 2 sides to every story.
00:18But there is only one Rebney.
00:21So tell me what the nicest apartment is in New York.
00:24I am still in love with and still working on finding the buyer for the penthouse at Central Park Tower.
00:31No one will ever build that ever again.
00:33It's been great to see New York finally come back.
00:36And during COVID, wasn't really sure what was going to happen.
00:40People were working from home.
00:41New York felt very dark.
00:43It feels great to own office buildings again, because at least the narrative is positive.
00:47You see what's going on in the office market.
00:48People are back.
00:49The office market's doing well.
00:51The high end of the sales market did tremendously well.
00:53There's a lot of office to resi conversions going on.
00:56So New York's good.
00:58Tell us how WeWork is doing.
01:00WeWork is doing great.
01:01New York City is back in a big way.
01:03Our occupancy is up around 90%, which is incredible for a co-working company.
01:10You're also bringing a lot of sharehands real estate all over the country, right?
01:16Yeah.
01:16We just opened Massachusetts.
01:18That's our 15th state.
01:19I'm going to open a lot more markets this year as we move west.
01:23I get more pleasure from watching other people succeed around me, from agents to clients,
01:29than I do any personal deal I've ever done.
