00:00We're here today at the brand new Waldorf Astoria where the Real Estate Board of New York is going
00:06to celebrate 130 years of existence. What would you say if you had to introduce the Rebny Dias?
00:14How would you do that? There are 10 commandments, 9 lives, 8 ways to Sunday, 7 seas, 6 senses,
00:215 fingers, 4 corners, 3 musketeers, and 2 sides to every story. But there is only one Rebny.
00:26So tell me what the nicest apartment is in New York.
00:31I am still in love with and still working on finding the buyer for the penthouse at Central Park Tower.
00:37No one will ever build that ever again.
00:39It's been great to see New York finally come back. And during COVID, wasn't really sure what was going
00:45to happen. People were working from home. New York felt very dark. It feels great to own office
00:50buildings again because at least the narrative is positive.
00:53You see what's going on in the office market. People are back. The office market's doing well.
00:57The high end of the sales market did tremendously well. There's a lot of office to resi conversions
01:02going on. So New York's good.
01:04Tell us how WeWork is doing.
01:06WeWork is doing great. New York City is back in a big way. Our occupancy is up around 90 percent,
01:12which is incredible for a co-working company.
01:15You're also bringing a lot of sharehands real estate all over the country, right?
01:22Yeah. We just opened Massachusetts. That's our 15th state. I'm going to open a lot more markets
01:27this year as we move west. I get more pleasure from watching other people succeed around me,
01:33from agents to clients, than I do any personal deal I've ever done.
