00:00Let's dip right back into that AFC championship game.
00:02It's going to take place this Sunday at 3 p.m. in Denver.
00:05As we just told you, weather is going to be cold, but that's Denver this time of year.
00:0820 degrees here, no precipitation.
00:10You love to see that.
00:11And also, keep the winds under 10 miles per hour.
00:13Both of these quarterbacks shouldn't have any problems operating in the pocket.
00:16The only question is, Drake May, we expect to have a good game.
00:19We just don't know what we're getting out of Jared Stidham at this point.
00:22So, Joe, with the practice reports that we hear from Denver,
00:24and they're obviously glowing praise of Stidham because no teammate's going to say,
00:28like, man, we just lost Bo Nix. I don't think we should even play this weekend.
00:31Why are we wasting our time?
00:32What do you feel?
00:33Have you gained any, you know, opportunities or should I say any insight
00:37into what we're going to get out of Jared Stidham as if you can back him this weekend
00:40and be comfortable with it?
00:42You are going to get exactly, you're just going to get a more condensed version
00:47of what you might have seen from Bo Nix.
00:49I mean, listen, you have to understand and believe that Sean Payton
00:53has kept Jared Stidham there for a reason.
00:56Again, he wasn't just dropped in last week here, right?
01:00You know, this is not one of these situations like Indianapolis
01:04where they're getting a guy off a high school, you know,
01:08coaching a high school team to come out and play.
01:10That's not what we've got here.
01:12So, he understands the playbook.
01:14He understands what is expected.
01:16And it's going to be up to the rest of the team to go ahead
01:20and level up their game here.
01:22And I think they know that and nobody's better at it than what Sean Payton brings to the table.
01:26I think the game plan is the same.
01:28I don't think they're going to be limited in what they can do.
01:31Again, it's everything.
01:32It's all or nothing, right?
01:33So, I would expect Sean Payton to pull out all the stops and likely, again,
01:38quick passes, short passes, move the chains, see if you can get the running game going.
01:43But that offensive line needs to protect them.
01:46And it's one of the best in the NFL this year.
01:49So, if you're expecting the offensive line to collapse like it did for Houston,
01:54that is not going to happen against this Patriots defense for the Broncos.
