00:18On January 23rd of 1958, the Popular Rebellion that ended the dictatorship of General Marcos Pérez Jiménez
00:25culminated in a display of the power of civil-military unity.
00:30In this regard, Hill assured that after the end of Pérez Jiménez' rule,
00:34the country entered a new era of two-party government, political and economic crisis,
00:39and great hardship for the population,
00:42which ended with the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez and the triumph of the Bolivarian Emancipation Project.
