Ingredients – Desi Style Pav Bhaji (No Onion No Garlic)
Vegetables:
2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 cup cauliflower (chopped)
½ cup green peas
½ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
1 medium carrot (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped or puréed)
Spices & Masala:
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
For Desi Tadka (No Onion No Lahsun):
2–3 tbsp butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1 tsp methi (crushed)
Other:
2–3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
