00:00:21God told me to do nothing
00:00:23You understand you're doing something
00:00:25Other people that need to do something because this is ridiculous y'all watching us watching this shit
00:00:33So he wants me to do nothing
00:00:35But he's not saying he doesn't want Justin to use his brain and everybody to use their brains and fucking to figure out
00:00:43Whatever, whatever, you know, I'm saying
00:00:45I know you puff. I know you hide things. Well, I know you bury things. Well, I know you lie. Well
00:01:12Send it to us. That's why God telling me not to do nothing. Y'all do it. Y'all see it. Y'all watch this shit
00:01:19You didn't think I would ever get to the point of telling people what you've done
00:01:28Put us in a room with people who don't know and he's the most powerful man
00:01:35But if you're in a room alone with him
00:01:37Check this out. I know y'all have heard all of the rumors that I'm looking for a new assistant
00:01:46The rumors are true. I started working for puff in April of 2004. I was his assistant
00:01:54My first day started off cool and it got
00:02:00Interesting over the course of the day
00:02:02We drove around the city and he was giving me like the run of the show like you'll take notes
00:02:09You'll go with me in meetings. You'll make sure my food is ready in the morning
00:02:18Later that night he took me to Central Park
00:02:22With his head of security and he said cap. I want to talk to you about a couple of things
00:02:27At some point puff found out that I knew Shug
00:02:33My relationship was with his baby's mother who is still to this day my best friend
00:02:39He says hey, I didn't know you had anything to do with Shug like if something happens. I'm gonna have to kill you
00:02:48He wanted to let me know how it would happen
00:02:51You will be in a dark park and there will be no one around
00:02:58If this shit goes left and I'm telling you I'm telling you
00:03:04Like we just gonna do it like this so you really understand
00:03:09I never told anyone I never called the police
00:03:13Anybody else would have said love daddy told me he's gonna kill me in the park
00:03:16I
00:03:19Think his trust came from that I
00:03:24Had a lot of history with dealing with addicts and intense personalities
00:03:31My mother was addicted to cocaine
00:03:34If you're dealing with someone who's on coke five days a week as a child
00:03:38By the time you're 23 and she's dead
00:03:42It desensitized me to a lot of things
00:03:47Puff was a
00:03:49Disorganized chaos that I understood I have a reputation that you know
00:03:53I may be hard to work with or hard to work for and and that's the truth
00:04:00He made me write a book it's leather bound
00:04:03How to assist Sean combs
00:04:07Capricone out of anybody knows what it takes to be successful around me
00:04:122008 I got promoted to be global brand director
00:04:14This basically means de facto manager
00:04:19I worked for him till 2012
00:04:23And so I know him more than most people
00:04:27He's very good at mental games
00:04:29I'm the king
00:04:30He's very good at getting up under your skin
00:04:35He's very good at attacking your fears
00:04:37I'm not everybody else
00:04:39And he's very good at retaliation
00:04:43Whether you call him Sean Diddy, Puff Daddy, or Mr. Combs
00:04:56He's always been in a class of his own
00:04:59So tonight
00:05:00He is the esteemed recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award
00:05:06This guy is a real professional at masking and lying and making himself look like
00:05:19The greatest of them all
00:05:21This is my favorite artist
00:05:24How do we crown our kings?
00:05:28Some people looking at like they're demolishing our kings
00:05:31They're taking man
00:05:32What Puffy do for you?
00:05:35He ain't did nothing
00:05:36It's an honor to present this BET Lifetime Achievement Award
00:05:42To Sean Puffy Combs
00:05:45Puffy ain't no king for us
00:05:47He's a monster
00:05:48Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
00:05:54It didn't really register until maybe a year after working with him
00:06:00It's like, yo, all this was a plan
00:06:13I got a call
00:06:14Puff was doing a writer's camp for his new album
00:06:17The Love album off the grid
00:06:24For the first two weeks, there was hundreds of people
00:06:28What identified me and made me different was
00:06:31I play multiple instruments
00:06:35Out of all those people, he asked me to make the album
00:06:39One day we got our headphones on and we were working
00:06:47I see this guy named G, I don't know his full name
00:06:52I see him, Justin and Puff going to the bathroom together
00:06:58Moments later I hit
00:07:00I'm like, boom, boom, boom, two shots
00:07:02I'm like, yo
00:07:05So I'm going through sounds, I'm like, this can't be
00:07:08You know, it's like, okay, maybe I hit one of those gun shots on the keypad
00:07:12I see Justin and Puff walk out
00:07:21I open the door and G was in there just bleeding
00:07:24He was bleeding out
00:07:30You know, growing up in the hood
00:07:32You know, people get shot all the time
00:07:34So immediately I'm like, yo
00:07:36I need towels, towels, bring me towels, towels
00:07:38And I just start patching them up and applying pressure
00:07:43Amor lands come, they pull three blocks down
00:07:47I'm trying to wave them
00:07:48Like I go running down
00:07:49Like what y'all doing?
00:07:50He's like, yeah, we got to wait for the police get here
00:07:52I'm like, yo, he's getting ready to die
00:07:55I got to get this guy outside so when the ammo lands come
00:08:00He can be getting in so that, you know, time is of the essence right now
00:08:05The police did arrive
00:08:07Puff said, yo
00:08:10Tell them that the shooting did not happen here
00:08:13And the way they were saying it
00:08:15They weren't asking, you know what I'm saying?
00:08:20I do remember Puff's security
00:08:22Fahim just there on the scene just actively moving in and out
00:08:27As the LAPD was there
00:08:30He's like telling us all stay inside
00:08:33Somehow he was able to make this all go away
00:08:41That shook me, I'm still shook
00:08:44The only time I've heard about some type of shooting in the studio where we all creating was Tupac
00:08:51Tupac Shakur was shot five times last night in a robbery
00:08:54After the shooting
00:08:56Puff and Justin, they walked out with confidence
00:09:04Next day the reporter showed up
00:09:07He told them something totally different
00:09:10And they reported that and left
00:09:13That video was after I had helped him get to the ammo lands
00:09:21No one knows who he is where he's at
00:09:25He just disappeared
00:09:28And at the studio everybody acting like it never happened
00:09:32Unfortunately, if you want to make it to something in this industry
00:09:39You have to work for certain people
00:09:43Like Puffy, he's one of the gatekeepers
00:09:45I knew if I finish this job it would be a good accomplishment for my career
00:09:59This would pay my kids bills and my bills and my grandkids
00:10:03So I just want to get right back to work
00:10:12We're working on this Justin Bieber song
00:10:14Moments
00:10:18Puff wanted moments to feel like Michael Jackson can't help it
00:10:23He had a bunch of people taking stabs at it trying to crack the code
00:10:27And couldn't
00:10:36I got into it and I made five versions of it
00:10:42And I played that song
00:10:44He danced for probably four hours straight
00:10:58Just to that song he's like yo we cracked the code he did it
00:11:02He said yo put me in the a room in the studio tomorrow with him
00:11:07And it was at that moment
00:11:14He flew me to Miami to work at his house
00:11:19There's a little ride over here
00:11:20We're in cones, entertainment, bad boys, love records
00:11:23I just thought about it we're making history baby
00:11:26Never lie to you life ain't perfect we just live it
00:11:29Fuck what they say we did we just did it
00:11:33God
00:11:34Miami was when the relationship really began the working relationship
00:11:40But now now now niggas that's scarlin' hot
00:11:44While we're working on this album he's recording everything all day all the time
00:11:52Tony's crazy
00:11:53Yeah come on
00:11:55We're gonna do three songs tonight
00:11:56I'm on a yacht with him and there's a song where he's talking to Cassie
00:12:00He's telling her please come on home
00:12:03Never lie to you life ain't perfect we just live it
00:12:06You're gonna take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take, yeah come on come on
00:12:10But I just remember it because
00:12:13Eight bars took us probably seven months to record
00:12:18Cry for you
00:12:19No, no, no, no, no, no, no
00:12:20Come on, come on, come on
00:12:21Yeah, let's go
00:12:22Come on, chain
00:12:23I got it for you
00:12:24Come on, I got it, I got it
00:12:25Yeah, yeah, don't do that
00:12:26Okay
00:12:27Never
00:12:27Okay
00:12:27To the earth for your touch
00:12:30Ride for you, cry for you, die for you
00:12:33I'm letting all y'all niggas know if I ain't hot, y'all niggas ain't hot
00:12:36So I'm just telling y'all
00:12:37Nobody gets to producing some motherfucking sex in the Porsche
00:12:40I don't know
00:12:41Y'all acting like
00:12:42I, y'all, I could be motherfucking lukewarm
00:12:46And y'all gonna be hot
00:12:48You don't wanna be lukewarm
00:12:49It's been taking me
00:12:53Fucking
00:12:55Ever to get back to my, my exact tone
00:12:59Because I got so big, I could hear myself rapping
00:13:04You know what I'm saying
00:13:06But it's, I'm figuring it out just now
00:13:08I don't wanna be like figuring out just now
00:13:09And y'all witnessing Jesus walking on water
00:13:13You know what I'm saying
00:13:14Or Jesus having a breakthrough
00:13:17You know what I'm saying
00:13:17Because I can only compare myself to the son of God
00:13:20You feel me
00:13:22I didn't realize it but he was definitely
00:13:25Grooming
00:13:26Work hard to get those gifts
00:13:28Those sneakers, those shoes
00:13:30You know he promised me
00:13:31$250,000
00:13:35He also promised me a house right next door
00:13:39We had a conversation about making me the producer of the year
00:13:44You know what I'm saying
00:13:45Love, love, love, love
00:13:48I love you, Lil Leroy
00:13:50No, I'm Nick
00:13:52We bringing back that signature
00:13:55Sonic sound
00:13:57We gotta figure out how to touch on some
00:13:59Deeper level than the surface
00:14:00Shit we've been rapping about
00:14:02You know what I'm saying
00:14:02That's when it began to get a little weird for me
00:14:06Puff would show a video with someone penetrating a caucasian man from the rear end
00:14:14I didn't really understand that
00:14:16You know what I'm saying
00:14:17When he telling me like
00:14:18Yo this is
00:14:19This is the way to success and then the music
00:14:21And I'm like confused
00:14:22Like
00:14:24You know what I'm saying
00:14:25Like
00:14:27What's going on
00:14:28Is this like a joke
00:14:28Let's keep the frequency high man
00:14:32Keep it high
00:14:32It's too much
00:14:33You're trying to bring us down
00:14:35I was told to go to
00:14:37Booby trap on the river
00:14:39A strip club in Miami
00:14:42They put me on the recruiting sex workers
00:14:45They gave me the bad boy hat
00:14:48They would tell me
00:14:48Yo put the hat on
00:14:50Get some girls to come back to the house
00:14:52Like
00:14:52I'm like
00:14:53How do they know
00:14:54They're like
00:14:54Yo
00:14:55They know
00:14:55Once you put that hat on
00:14:56They know
00:14:57You know what I'm saying
00:14:58The whole deal
00:14:58This is like a routine
00:15:01I'm just like
00:15:02Yo
00:15:02This has nothing to do with music
00:15:05It's weird
00:15:07But he felt like
00:15:08This is the only way
00:15:09He's going to be able
00:15:10To make this album
00:15:14They'll be doing these
00:15:16These freak offs
00:15:17And it'll be puffing Justin
00:15:20In the room
00:15:20With multiple women
00:15:22Closed doors
00:15:23And lots of music
00:15:25And lots of drugs
00:15:26We just celebrating life
00:15:28You know what I'm saying
00:15:28And it's fucking Friday
00:15:29And it's fucking Friday
00:15:30I had prime puff
00:15:32The man is like
00:15:33Sure of himself
00:15:35Now you're 50 plus puff
00:15:38How do you even take ketamine
00:15:41How is this fun for you
00:15:42At 50 something years old
00:15:44Like are you doing it
00:15:45To keep up with the kids
00:15:48It goes back to fatherhood
00:15:50You didn't groom them
00:15:51To take over this company
00:15:53You groomed them to do
00:15:54The same things that you're doing
00:15:56And the sad part about it is
00:15:58You will never know
00:16:00If they agree or disagree
00:16:01With their father
00:16:02Because they can't say it
00:16:05Yo rock
00:16:06Party next door
00:16:07It would be the 2C
00:16:09Cocaine
00:16:10Or even molly
00:16:12We were all
00:16:13On these products
00:16:14Whether we knew it or not
00:16:20You would always hear people
00:16:22Say like yo
00:16:23Puff got god eyes
00:16:25Or god spirit
00:16:26Or he
00:16:26He always knows
00:16:28Like people
00:16:28He build his perception
00:16:29I open the door
00:16:31I see like four or five
00:16:33Different screens
00:16:35With a bunch of little
00:16:36Pockets in there
00:16:37Like yo
00:16:38And that's when I realized
00:16:39That yo
00:16:40This whole property
00:16:43That's hidden cameras
00:16:44Everywhere
00:16:46He who had no sin
00:16:49Became sin
00:16:51There were days
00:16:52We would party
00:16:52I would wake up
00:16:53Not knowing
00:16:54What the hell happened
00:16:56Some days
00:16:57Those girls next to me
00:16:59Woke up some days
00:17:00He was in the bed
00:17:03I'm going on a love rampage
00:17:05I ain't hiding nothing
00:17:06I ain't scared nothing
00:17:07That's the season that I'm in
00:17:09I would wake up
00:17:10Feeling sore
00:17:11Still not understanding
00:17:12Exactly
00:17:14What's
00:17:14You know what I'm saying
00:17:15Transpiring
00:17:18But this is me starting to understand
00:17:20That
00:17:22I was drugged
00:17:23Pretty often
00:17:24I tried to confine in KK
00:17:29Christina
00:17:29That's Puff's chief of staff
00:17:33And I thought
00:17:34It would be
00:17:35More
00:17:36You know understood
00:17:37If I took it to
00:17:38Someone who's a woman
00:17:40But she was always like
00:17:43Try to like
00:17:43Downplay it
00:17:46I think KK was
00:17:47The worst gatekeeper
00:17:48He ever had
00:17:50Puff is the kind of person
00:17:51You know the story of the two wolves
00:17:55Which wolf wins
00:17:56The wolf you feed
00:17:58All of us
00:17:59We're cognizant of the bad wolf
00:18:01But we're feeding the good wolf
00:18:02And the good wolf in this case scenario
00:18:04It's a history breaker
00:18:06It's a record
00:18:06You know somebody that's gonna drive
00:18:08Our culture forward
00:18:09KK help me out
00:18:10Cause you in this too KK
00:18:12Someone who's like good
00:18:13With the PR side of it too
00:18:14To like get out there
00:18:15And spin it
00:18:16So like
00:18:17I believe that
00:18:18They fed the bad wolf
00:18:20Give me some real love
00:18:21Turn that tv off
00:18:23Just the energy
00:18:24Just ain't right
00:18:25There's a lot of things
00:18:27That happened to me
00:18:28I just don't even want to speak on
00:18:29You know what I'm saying
00:18:34Day 145
00:18:38At that rate
00:18:39I had to ask myself man
00:18:41How long you willing to deal with him
00:18:44My nigga Lil Leon
00:18:46His name is Lil Rob
00:18:48But I'm calling him Lil Leon
00:18:50You know what I'm saying
00:18:50He's one of the first draft picks
00:18:52Of the new hitmen
00:18:54You know what I'm saying
00:18:55Incredible talent
00:18:57Look at that nigga
00:18:58Lil Leroy's hat
00:19:00You have to be strong
00:19:02And able to tough this out
00:19:04We are
00:19:05We are
00:19:06Them niggas
00:19:07I can still
00:19:09Make sure everything that I did on this album
00:19:11Still makes it
00:19:13And I'm just trying to fake the funk
00:19:15And they can
00:19:16And they can
00:19:17Fuck with us
00:19:18Fuck with us
00:19:19But then
00:19:23He's done
00:19:25I'm gonna check on the billboard
00:19:26You know what I mean
00:19:29Right after I finished the album
00:19:31They kept putting my business on the back burner
00:19:34For months
00:19:35And it was like
00:19:36Where's my payment
00:19:37Yeah I'm wanted bro
00:19:39But I'm not gonna be able to get nothing done today
00:19:43One thing you know about me
00:19:44Is I'ma always keep it a hundred
00:19:48Diddy is back
00:19:49With the love album

00:19:55We were hearing music from you
00:19:57In what 13 years
00:19:59This is my love story
00:20:01Just me and you
00:20:01And we like
00:20:02We just locked in
00:20:0348 hours of love
00:20:05They dropped the album
00:20:08And I was like
00:20:09Where's my money
00:20:10Ayo bro
00:20:11It's gonna take that time that I said
00:20:13A lot of shit got backed up
00:20:15And everything
00:20:15Due to the circumstances
00:20:16Nobody's saying
00:20:17You're not getting paid
00:20:18He didn't want to pay
00:20:19The people closest to him
00:20:21Because if you have money
00:20:23You have a little bit more bravado
00:20:25About how you move
00:20:27He didn't want you to ever
00:20:28To feel too comfortable
00:20:29He wanted you to feel like
00:20:31There's a carrot being dangled
00:20:33He did that
00:20:34With me
00:20:36He enjoys to see people
00:20:37Not having
00:20:39He enjoys to see him having
00:20:40And everybody else
00:20:41Wanting and needing
00:20:43And I don't want to know
00:20:44You know what I'm saying
00:20:44Problem with you
00:20:46You're feeling like
00:20:47I'm not taking it seriously
00:20:48I'm just telling you
00:20:49Telling you
00:20:50The time it takes
00:20:51Just got nominated for a grammy
00:20:54Let me make it clear
00:20:56I didn't just get nominated
00:20:58For a grammy
00:20:59We just got nominated for a grammy
00:21:01No bro
00:21:02I'm not letting you get out of this
00:21:03Like
00:21:03You're gonna have to answer to this
00:21:05You know what I'm saying
00:21:06Yo my brother
00:21:07Are you alright
00:21:09I'm starting to get concerned about you
00:21:12He was calling me like
00:21:13Left and right
00:21:15You're trying to handle something bro
00:21:17You actually sent me something
00:21:19That I could take
00:21:20A certain way
00:21:21Like you trying to make a problem
00:21:23With somebody that don't want a problem
00:21:25In fact I've never seen
00:21:26My phone ring that many times
00:21:28I don't know who's in your head
00:21:30Or what's going on in your head
00:21:32I hope your ass ain't bipolar
00:21:33Little Leroy
00:21:34I don't really like the way
00:21:35That this shit feels
00:21:36You know what I'm saying
00:21:37But I ain't taking shit personally
00:21:39You know what I'm saying
00:21:40I don't need no extra stress
00:21:42I'm prepared to pay any bills
00:21:43I owe anybody
00:21:45In the time I was with him
00:21:47Two thanksgivings
00:21:48Two Christmases
00:21:49My kid's birthday
00:21:51All they offered me
00:21:54Offered
00:21:56For producing this album
00:21:58Was $29,000
00:22:01Twenty nine
00:22:02Which I still ain't got that to this day
00:22:07Yeah Lil Rock
00:22:08You know I never see or meant nothing
00:22:11But love for you
00:22:12And I just would never
00:22:14You're on the side of some
00:22:15Bullshit with you
00:22:16You know what I'm saying
00:22:17I just would never
00:22:18I don't even see you that way
00:22:19When I think about you
00:22:20I think about you
00:22:21And your hats
00:22:21And how talented you are
00:22:23And making me smile
00:22:24And your fucking smile
00:22:25And everything
00:22:26And your limp leg
00:22:28Niggas don't fuck with
00:22:29The way I think about you
00:22:30Over the over no shit
00:22:31Over no like the love album
00:22:33Come on B
00:22:39The album had probably been out
00:22:41A little over a month
00:22:44All of a sudden CNN comes on
00:22:47In our pop culture lead just in
00:22:49Producer and musician Sean Combs
00:22:51Accused of doing such and such
00:22:53With Cassie
00:22:53She was abused
00:22:55She was a part of the cycle of violence
00:22:58Physical
00:22:59That was the turning point for me
00:23:01One lawsuit updated just yesterday
00:23:03By a New York artist named Rodney Jones
00:23:06Rodney Little Rod Jones
00:23:07Who worked with Combs on his latest love album
00:23:10Jones claims that for more than a year
00:23:12Combs sexually harassed
00:23:13Drugged and threatened him
00:23:15While working on the project
00:23:22I understand that
00:23:23I may get blackballed
00:23:25Or I may get people
00:23:27Attempting to take my life
00:23:29Yeah I was trying to help out bro
00:23:31You got to do whatever you feel you got to do
00:23:33I don't know what your lawyers
00:23:35What anybody trying to do
00:23:37Whatever they trying to do
00:23:38I guess they could get out of my lawyers
00:23:40You know what I'm saying
00:23:41Everybody coming at a nigga now
00:23:42So it ain't nothing different
00:23:45I had to tell myself man
00:23:47It was time for me to now stand up for justice
00:23:51Standing up for justice for myself
00:23:53Actually stands up for justice for everybody
00:23:56Actually go to the prosecutor
00:23:57This guy committed another crime
00:23:59And I would do the same thing with Little Rod
00:24:00And I'd go to the prosecutor
00:24:02Really put a package together
00:24:04As we said
00:24:16As all of the civil lawsuits started to come down
00:24:20I had a lawyer reach out to me
00:24:24In regards to
00:24:27An affidavit that they had received
00:24:30From a person that was allegedly a victim
00:24:33And that wanted me to be aware of something that she had seen
00:24:38I was told it was an assault
00:24:44The affidavit says
00:24:46On a very cold night at the end of 2005
00:24:50I am not sure of the exact date because it was over 20 years
00:24:54I walked in on Sean Combs, Puff Daddy, P Diddy
00:24:58And another individual
00:25:00A tall, heavy-set, light-skinned male
00:25:03I believe he may have been a bodyguard
00:25:05Sexually assaulting Aubrey O'Day
00:25:10Around this time I had just finalized my divorce paperwork
00:25:15And a close friend decided to drive from Allentown, Pennsylvania
00:25:19To New York City to celebrate
00:25:20And had met up with my ex-boyfriend and Bad Boy executive, Conrad
00:25:26Everybody wants to get a piece of this man right now
00:25:28So
00:25:28Conrad was one of my bosses at Bad Boy
00:25:31He was on Making the Band
00:25:32You gotta understand
00:25:33Where our interest lies
00:25:35The goal is to have an incredible album
00:25:37We met Conrad at Bad Boy Studios in Manhattan
00:25:42Otherwise known as Daddy's House
00:25:49While waiting for Conrad to arrive
00:25:51I went upstairs to use the bathroom
00:25:54I had forgotten which door the restroom was in
00:25:56So I went down the hallway and I kept opening doors
00:26:02I opened a door that was not the restroom
00:26:04Because of what I witnessed happening in there
00:26:07What I saw as soon as I opened the door
00:26:12Was Aubrey sprawled out on a leather couch
00:26:15Looking very inebriated
00:26:18And I didn't drink like that at all
00:26:22But this time I don't drink at all
00:26:24It's never been an issue with me
00:26:27She was naked from the bottom half
00:26:31And she had something over her top
00:26:33Puff Daddy was penetrating in her vagina
00:26:38And there was another stocky light-skinned man
00:26:42With his penis in her mouth
00:26:47I haven't read them
00:26:48I only heard it when it was read over the phone
00:26:51I have not read it myself
00:26:52I don't
00:26:54I'm
00:26:54I just
00:26:55I don't
00:26:57I've put this out of my memory
00:26:58Stalky light-skinned man with his penis in her mouth
00:27:05Aubrey looked out of it and was just lying there
00:27:08I am 100% certain that the woman I saw was Aubrey O'Day
00:27:20100% certain this person is
00:27:25On Danny D Cain it's more of a pop rock
00:27:28Feeling joint with soulful vocals
00:27:30I told Conrad that night what I had seen
00:27:32And his response was for me to mind my business
00:27:36Because I don't know the dynamic of the situation
00:27:40Well fuck I don't know the dynamic of that situation either
00:27:44Not to my memory
00:27:48I did what I was told
00:27:50Minded my business
00:27:52And went about enjoying my night with my friends
00:27:55Even after I told her I didn't have a recollection of this
00:28:02I said could she be making a mistake
00:28:05I asked in every way I possibly could think of she was certain
00:28:10She said you can come public with this
00:28:14I'm gonna stand by you I know what I saw
00:28:18Does this mean I was raped?
00:28:22Is that what this means?
00:28:25I don't even know if I was raped and I don't want to know
00:28:32My name is Aubrey I'm from Irvine and I'm 20 years old
00:28:36I don't want to find out any more that that woman has to say
00:28:42If she made it up I would be compelled to take her the fuck down
00:28:47And you realize the burden that that puts on my soul for the past year which is
00:28:53If I expose one person who's got a civil lawsuit
00:28:59That gives Diddy and his legal team credit to take down everybody else as potential liars
00:29:07Says Aubrey O'Day
00:29:10Goes right back on my shoulders just like that
00:29:12The weight of that man and his bullshit I will never get up from under it
00:29:22The legal troubles for long-time entertainment mogul Sean Diddy Combs have been building for months
00:29:28Diddy is facing another lawsuit
00:29:30Dawn Richard from dirty money
00:29:32Suing Sean Diddy Combs for alleged assault
00:29:34Combs' lawyer said these complaints are full of lies
00:29:37We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer
00:29:44Media is the most powerful industry in the world
00:29:46In this day and age I do have to address
00:29:51All types of things that need to be cleared up
00:30:07If you don't control your narrative somebody else will control it
00:30:12It's a media war
00:30:13Let me ask positive comments
00:30:16Say um any dormitur interview where she speaks positively about her relationships with Diddy
00:30:26She did a lot of interviews
00:30:28On the interviews they want to talk about me
00:30:32In the interview so we know like if you can track down the interviews
00:30:35There's no scary right
00:30:37Shut up baby
00:30:37Shut up boy
00:30:40Sure come on
00:30:40All right come on
00:30:41We got the video with p diddy
00:30:43See me in the city
00:30:45In the city looking pretty
00:30:48We live in a real-time world
00:30:50This case is going to be played in real time
00:30:52It's going to be played in front of the public
00:30:56Billions of people in real time
00:31:00Talking to fans taking selfies with them
00:31:02Over the weekend was in central park
00:31:05So he seemed like he didn't have a care in the world
00:31:09Diddy was staying in midtown manhattan
00:31:12He apparently knew this was coming
00:31:15Breaking news tonight
00:31:27Sean diddy combs has been arrested in a manhattan hotel this evening after a grand jury indicted the music mogul
00:31:35The indictment alleges sean combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy
00:31:40That used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity
00:31:46Including sex trafficking forced labor
00:31:49Kidnapping
00:31:52Arson bribery and the obstruction of justice
00:31:57After combs was arrested at the park hyde hotel in midtown manhattan homeland security searched his hotel room
00:32:04Among the items catalogued were
00:32:15A prescription bottle in the name of frank black
00:32:19And that contained clonazepam which is used to treat everything from anxiety and panic disorders to psychosis
00:32:27A black fanny pack containing nine thousand dollars in cash
00:32:30You want to put the stuff on my fanny pack here
00:32:34There was also evidence photos shown of another prescription bottle which agents say contained two bags of a pink powdery substance
00:32:42Which tested positive for mdma and ketamine
00:32:47But there was also an evidence photo of five bottles of baby oil and lubricant sitting in the bathtub by the drain
00:32:54As well as two more bottles of lubricant in the drawer of the nightstand
00:32:57There was also a ziploc bag full of johnson's baby oil bottles
00:33:04Combs denies all the charges against him and if convicted faces possible life in prison
00:33:13John diddy combs will not get out of jail on bail in the decision the judge said prosecutors provided clear and convincing evidence to support
00:33:21A risk of witness tampering they say just last week he contacted a witness over 50 times miss kalina harper was the most recent person
00:33:29We know of that he contacted that was after september 10 after dawn richards filed this was um key breakdown

00:34:41And I just my heart literally dropped on the floor
00:34:45Don richard is suing sean diddy combs for alleged assault sexual battery forced labor and gender-motivated violence
00:34:54She and her bandmate kalina harper waited in the kitchen where many of them appear to be lethargic or passed out
00:35:00While diddy and his guests perform sexual acts on them
00:35:06I'm asking for the brother's favor of life
00:35:09You know what I'm saying
00:35:11Yeah, but like
00:35:13You know what I mean? I mean whatever statement any position

00:35:18Granted I'm dealing with my own situation
00:35:21I am caught up in a contentious child custody battle and now this
00:35:27The only person I could call in the beginning was puff
00:35:37Just trying to get help like I need you to help me get
00:35:41More powerful lawyers

00:35:54So prior to those phone calls you asked him to help you
00:35:57Yeah
00:35:58And he said no
00:35:59He said he couldn't help me
00:36:01But then he called you to ask you to make a statement
00:36:03Yep

00:36:28And she was there
00:36:31It's not right
00:36:33You gotta figure out what you gotta do
00:36:35God told me to do nothing
00:36:41So for me it was like this is a prime opportunity to tell him
00:36:46I know you got that going on but I got this going on
00:36:48I want my kids
00:36:52I don't know why Dawn is doing this
00:36:54But I have to talk to my husband because anything I say
00:37:00Can't fuck around and not
00:37:03You know I could not get my kids back
00:37:07So I was like look you know y'all can't call me
00:37:10Because you're scared to go to jail now
00:37:12It rushed me to say anything I need time to think about it
00:37:16Like what am I going to say
00:37:18I didn't see that I didn't
00:37:20But I don't want people to think like
00:37:22I'm trying to wear a bulletproof vest for Puff because I'm not
00:37:26It's just like I'm not a bad person
00:37:29And I wasn't around that shit like I don't fucking know what they was doing I don't know
00:37:38He'd been reaching out to witnesses who had been subpoenaed
00:37:40They're able to track it according to the prosecutors allegedly
00:37:44On a timeline where there were some people that were subpoenaed that Diddy hadn't spoken to in years
00:37:48But after they were subpoenaed he directly reached out to them
00:37:52He was actually telling people like I'm not supposed to be talking to you
00:37:55Don't text me so he knew what he was doing was not right
00:37:58I got some recordings that I could let you hear as well

00:38:13I feel comfortable and I feel comfortable asking you
00:38:16Because I know real deal real real real real dog shit
00:38:19That if it's a nigger's funeral that you'll be jumping in my casket
00:38:23Because I love you
00:38:24You know what I'm saying
00:38:25Because you really love me
00:38:27You know how I feel about you
00:38:30But it's all good sometimes
00:38:32You got to put yourself and your family first
00:38:34And I respect that
00:38:36You know what I'm saying
00:38:36If you have any apprehensions
00:38:39If God don't tell you 100% to do it
00:38:41Your man TV don't tell you
00:38:42Anybody that lies
00:38:44Kalina Harper from the group Diddy Dirty Money
00:38:47Is speaking out in support of the music mogul
00:38:50Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit
00:38:53Are not representative of my experiences
00:38:56And some do not align with my own truth
00:39:03Who's willing to cooperate with the government in this case?
00:39:07Given who the defendant is
00:39:10What do you expect that witness list to look like?
00:39:15Hey yo, cat! Cat! Cat! Cat!
00:39:19I got a text from the lead investigator
00:39:22You've been formally subpoenaed
00:39:24They'd like to begin the pre-trial process
00:39:28They had talked to well over 200 people before they got to me
00:39:32They were like, you kept coming up
00:39:33You kept coming up
00:39:34You kept coming up
00:39:35But I never wanted to tell you anyway
00:39:40I wanted you to think it was all
00:39:43Bad boy for life
00:39:46I answered their questions
00:39:48Then they say, is there anything missing?
00:39:51And I blew their minds
00:39:54It was 2011
00:39:56Puff and myself had moved to Los Angeles
00:39:58He had a trip
00:40:08And Cassie came out and stayed with me
00:40:11That gave her a little bit of freedom
00:40:17So when Cassie's stepping out
00:40:18She's like, oh, I'm gonna go hang out with my friend
00:40:20And who was he?
00:40:23Kid Cudi
00:40:25Scott Muscutty
00:40:27Wake up the next morning
00:40:28She texts me
00:40:29She says, hey, can Scott go hiking with us?
00:40:33And I was like, ooh
00:40:34And then the hairs raised on my arm
00:40:37And I said
00:40:39This is going to be monumentally problematic
00:40:46He can cheat on you
00:40:47You can't cheat on him, Cassie
00:40:49And I work for him at the end of the day
00:40:52So now you've involved me by just texting me
00:40:54Can he hike with us?
00:41:00Kid Cudi goes hiking with us
00:41:02Totally normal day
00:41:04About a week after we went hiking
00:41:07About 6, 6.30 in the morning
00:41:09I hear a banging at my door
00:41:13It's Puff
00:41:15And his pants are split open
00:41:17Like a maniac
00:41:18Froth in the sight of his mouth
00:41:22He has a gun
00:41:24And he's mad as hell
00:41:26He's like, why didn't you tell me?
00:41:29And I'm like, I don't know what you're talking about
00:41:32Kid Cudi
00:41:34And I was like, oh, that's Cassie's friend
00:41:36And he's like
00:41:37Like, yeah, fuck all this
00:41:38Go get dressed
00:41:39We're gonna go kill him
00:41:40And I'm like, I don't want to do that
00:41:46And he's like, I don't give a fuck what you want to do
00:41:51He kidnapped me
00:41:52And we drove 15 minutes up to Cudi's house
00:41:58He went in with his gun
00:42:02I was praying that Cudi wasn't home
00:42:04And I called Cassie
00:42:08What the fuck
00:42:09He came and got me with a gun
00:42:11We came up to Cudi's house to kill him
00:42:13He's inside the house
00:42:14I don't know what's going on
00:42:15Cassie, what the fuck is going on?
00:42:17What happened?
00:42:18She said, Cudi's with me
00:42:22Then I see Puff coming back down the walkway
00:42:25And he was like, tell her I have you
00:42:27And I'm not gonna let you go
00:42:30Cassie, he has me
00:42:32He won't let me go until I'm coming to get you
00:42:35She says, come get me
00:42:39He immediately begins kicking the shit out of her
00:42:43She was just crouching
00:42:45And he was just kicking her
00:42:49He never balled up his fist
00:42:51And it reminded me of like Pimp 70s shit
00:42:53Like, oh, you're not gonna
00:42:55You're not gonna touch her face
00:42:56Because that's where the money is
00:43:01Puff was like, what y'all gotta do is tell Cudi
00:43:04To not tell the police it's me
00:43:05If I get in trouble today
00:43:08For this bitch, I'm killing everybody
00:43:11First of all, I want to start by saying
00:43:12I'm very proud of y'all
00:43:13You know, when I started out
00:43:16On my professional career
00:43:18It's this fire and this passion that you have inside of you
00:43:21That makes you want a better life for yourself
00:43:24Where as you put your ego to the side
00:43:26And you're ready to serve whoever your boss is
00:43:29You're ready to be there and be loyal
00:43:31And help take them to the top
00:43:32He was so mad for not telling him that Cassie was fucking Cudi
00:43:38I was fired and I went from being in charge of the company to you'll never be a president of any company
00:43:45The kidnapping is for me is that's like the most detrimental
00:43:49I worked so hard to be able to take care of myself
00:43:56And I worked so hard for Puff
00:44:01His life would have been over then
00:44:02He would have gone to jail for kidnapping in Los Angeles
00:44:07But I protected you because I had more love for the culture than to embarrass him and take it all away from him like that
00:44:14But you and Cassie put me back in it after I was out
00:44:17The trauma that this case has caused me
00:44:28Has been more traumatized in the first go-round with it
00:44:32Because now I have to tell you what he did before I could pretend it was on
00:44:40And I think I did a good job of it if you look at my instagram you'll see good stories about the past
00:44:48I didn't call him the devil until Cassie finally came out and said something
00:45:00The most anticipated trial of the year officially underway in new york city
00:45:07Music mogul sean diddy combs facing life in prison on charges of sex trafficking racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution
00:45:17And the matter of us versus combs count one not guilty
00:45:39This is max trafficking of cassandra ventura
00:45:42Not guilty
00:45:50Janice, Janice, Janice
00:45:50Jennice, Janice, Janice
00:46:00It is a mixed verdict, if you will
00:46:02It's a mixed verdict but it is a stunning victory for the defense
00:46:06the defense when we were in the deliberation room and we've come to an
00:46:16agreement and we're only saying that he's guilty for these two counts my words
00:46:23exactly were oh s-h-i-t do you think that justice was served 100% we saw both
00:46:32sides of it and we came with our conclusions today's a great victory it's
00:46:38a great victory for Sean comes today is a win I wasn't shocked by the verdict he
00:46:47knows how to control the narrative or change the narrative by throwing money
00:46:51at it Sean threw good money towards a bad situation that he was in he threw a lot
00:46:59of it at that situation eight lawyers Combs's legal team which has been dubbed
00:47:05the dream team it's a multi-million dollar group of lawyers we had a
00:47:09wonderful jury they listened to every word and they got the situation right I'm
00:47:17not a music lover or anything so I did zero knowledge about him I am of that
00:47:24generation who basically grew up listening to the music that he was involved in from
00:47:32Biggie to 112 I even like day 26 I wasn't like a personal fan of his but in general the music
00:47:4212 jurors looking at a celebrity for the first time up close and personal in a unique situation
00:47:54where they have the power over that celebrity it's easy for him to play on people's consciousness on
00:48:04their opinion of him on their thoughts of him on their view of him by just turning a PR switch on
00:48:10in the trial one of the things that blew my mind is I actually saw a huge PR machine at play I'm gonna
00:48:20be at this trial every single day I'm gonna be in the morning to turn you know I was one of 14
00:48:25members of the public that were allowed in the courtroom it was a lot other people on social
00:48:31media they were right there with me and I saw Didi's PR team working out literally talking to
00:48:39bloggers talking to everybody it's like we have a movie you're speaking this language and you know
00:48:47saying we need subtitles Didi's team actually approached me and said hey we want to give you
00:48:53the transcripts every day we send out a highlight of the parts that you should actually pay attention
00:49:00to and that you might want to share with your people now when that happened I was like okay but
00:49:08no thank you right so you have to have some sort of comms to constantly be pushing that mom you have to
00:49:15this is a 10-year relationship there was adults and consensual and everybody who was there wanted to
00:49:21be there because you may just be a person that just does you just may watch CNN you know I'm saying
00:49:26and there's like there's 9 billion people in the world and and 7 billion of them is on Instagram
00:49:31and TikTok and so you had y'all you had the wrong place looking to see what the people with the
00:49:37possible jurors are thinking in the lunchroom Didi's PR team was holding court I saw them with a lot of
00:49:47bloggers Instagram TikTokers every day they would convene they would be whispering back and forth and I
00:49:55literally saw how something would happen in court and the same group of people that were like this with
00:50:02Didi's PR they were reporting their version of events and it spread everywhere you got a jury that's not
00:50:11sequestered they're going to be going home every night and this will be all over social media when
00:50:18they did not sequester the jurors I was like this can turn upside down by the end of the trial because
00:50:25I knew there would be a way in for him Cassie takes absolutely zero accountability Cassie was pretty much
00:50:35Mr. ringleader that bitch was going back to the freak off baby you went back being freaky is not a crime
00:50:40people have that motherfucking jury questioning everything they fucking see with their damn eyes
00:50:45for me staying out of social media and things wasn't difficult but um some people I know were
00:50:54were like fiending to get back onto Instagram or like oh my gosh I have to check my x y and z
00:51:00it's funny because you would hear rumors that something happened in court and we're like what
00:51:08that didn't happen what do you mean
00:51:10the jurors definitely started to feel that there was a major shift in tone of energy towards closing
00:51:18arguments they were saying things like this was a modern day love story you didn't see any force
00:51:24broader coercion between Cassie and Sean that was a very very interesting relationship as it's two
00:51:33people in it didn't love you know they are like overly loud you cannot explain she wanted to be with
00:51:40them he took her for granted he never thought that she'll leave her so it's like both hands clapping
00:51:48together you cannot clap with one hand the both hands like this then you get the noise do you
00:51:54believe that Sean Combs is a violent person based on that intercontinental video he can be
00:52:00unforgivable honestly
00:52:07you can't beat that small girl like that the way he did the defense was smart to say hey it's not
00:52:16against the law to be a bad person you can say he was a terrible person is not being charged with
00:52:21domestic violence but he's not charged with domestic violence domestic violence wasn't one of the
00:52:27charges the very next day the following day if you see how they are getting back together and
00:52:33exchanging text messages and like nothing ever happened so now we are confused what's going on here
00:52:41he's beating her next minute they are going on dinners and trips it's like going back and forth back and
00:52:49forth back and forth allegations of I was forced I had to say are nonsense she could have done whatever
00:52:56she wanted to do that's my answer I mean if you don't like something you completely get out you
00:53:03cannot have both ways have the luxury and then complain about it I don't think so he's turning
00:53:10a PR switch on and turning it off turning another one on over here lighting a match for diversion over
00:53:18here and then you get people confused about whether any of this is real or people are just coming after
00:53:24him to attack him Combs has really been eyeing jurors looking for their reaction to all of the
00:53:31testimony where the judge threatened to remove Combs from the courtroom at one point the judge did
00:53:37reprimand him for nodding at the jury did you ever make eye contact with Sean no no no we we are not
00:53:47supposed to if they catch you doing eye contacts or any other gestures you'll be removed you will be
00:53:56kicked out there were times where he would feel strongly I guess for something and would not but
00:54:04that's pretty much all it was it wasn't anything crazy or like it wasn't like he was trying to sway
00:54:11us it was I think it was more of just him as a person just reacting to whatever was
00:54:17being said and forgetting where he was at the time it's funny because I remember that nod watching
00:54:24making of the band like he would do that often I think that's just his go-to if he felt it was
00:54:33something that he wanted I guess approval on he would look towards us it'd be like you heard that
00:54:40and sometimes look over to us like can you believe they said that in his facial expression
00:54:47it was funny to see because I had the same facial expressions that he did at times when it was
00:54:56something that someone said and it's like that didn't make much sense um I think the the biggest one I
00:55:09remember was when Capricorn Clark um said something about being kidnapped jurors heard the emotional
00:55:20testimony from Capricorn Clark she alleges the music mogul kidnapped and threatened her described her
00:55:25relationship with combs as quote complicated everything that I said in court is mad real I said I've been
00:55:33kidnapped with a gun my life has been threatened I've watched him beat up his girlfriend we went to
00:55:39murder somebody but that jury in there that day I knew they didn't believe anything I mean it's hard to
00:55:50believe it's hard to believe I think we kind of I think the whole juror the room felt that that question
00:55:59mark pop up I'm watching them as they relate to him I think they all kind of had a like for Puff
00:56:07whenever they looked over at Puff it was like like buddy buddy they were starstruck
00:56:13I never looked at him once but every time I caught the glance of him in the corner of my eye
00:56:21he would make me cry I cried a lot in there because I was like this is a nightmare you look
00:56:30like a fucking walking corpse Puff I'm hearing some disgusting stuff and I have to re-traumatize
00:56:37myself about what you took from me but what happened to you Capricorn Clark had a lot of
00:56:46information that was very emotional she's remembering these events more than a decade ago and with the
00:56:57emotion attached to it maybe the details are skewed but the problem is that that just leaves room for
00:57:03doubt that's where her credibility became an issue I think
00:57:11they miss the nuances they get these highlights like he beat her for 15 minutes and kicked her in the
00:57:29face well he had been beating women since 1992 and he was kicking them when they were down
00:57:36it's just not on film it seems to be all of a sudden with Sean and it isn't
00:57:45this has been a slow build some of it happened before our eyes the death toll from last week's
00:57:56champede at a New York charity basketball game has risen to nine whatever must be done must be done
00:58:02to ensure that this never ever ever happens again and we blinked twice Puffy as well as the head of his
00:58:09security team are both charged with second degree assault in connection with a beating attack on music
00:58:14industry executive Steve Stout and Combs have settled out of court for a half a million dollars
00:58:19and we blinked again and then we're like okay I guess this is what's cool now Sean Puffy Combs was
00:58:27arrested here in New York today on a gun possession charge after leaving a nightclub in which three
00:58:32people were shot the DA failed to prove that Combs was in any way responsible I'm at really a loss I'm
00:58:39very emotional I'm just I feel blessed but you still have a victim road that leads to Sean Combs
00:58:47some pretty explosive allegations tonight against P Diddy Fox 5's Julie Banderas is at the courthouse
00:58:53in lower Manhattan right now Julie hey Rosanna well all of us know celebrities like P Diddy get dragged
00:58:59through the mud all the time but this latest allegation so shocking would you believe they're
00:59:04accusing P Diddy of murder P Diddy's been sued a bunch of times before but by his best friend
00:59:10make that former friend Kirk Burroughs he's even the godfather of one of Combs sons yep that's show
00:59:16business I'm also I'm a victim on multiple levels with Sean Combs I think out of everybody that has a
00:59:28gripe with Sean Kirk is probably the most legitimate Kirk was the foundation of bad boy he wasn't the
00:59:36face but in the early days he was the foundation of it and bad boy would not run unless Kirk was
00:59:42involved he really caught a bad deal not only was he abusive to me from an employer employee standpoint
00:59:54he was also abusive to me in other ways sexually deviant ways I did not want to do it I didn't want to be
01:00:15around him and take care of him as he's essaying me and others I had 25 ownership of bad boy I worked day
01:00:27and night after I was fired I wanted to get my 25 paid out and I started to get things together to
01:00:37build a lawsuit to sue him for the stocks that he had taken from me Burroughs claimed P Diddy cheated
01:00:45him out of 25 million today his lawyers made shocking allegations they even accuse him of ordering the
01:00:51hit that killed rapper Tupac Shakur this is a terrorist organization that uses fear violence and the threat of
01:00:58violence to take money from people and put it in their pocket it was eventually labeled Rico and racketeering
01:01:08I was the first to call it but I was looked on as that has to be a lie right now the judge did say
01:01:19this looks like it will be dismissed after the filing of the lawsuit I did not succeed and then I was
01:01:26banished from the business for 25 years I was basically blacklisted and banned next thing you know shelters
01:01:38homelessness we've shown sometimes you're humiliated sometimes you have made an example of sometimes violent
01:01:52things happen to you through the years a lot of bad things happen to good friends
01:01:59as bottomless as the hole as you think he's in he comes up out like a whirlwind and it's like a shooting
01:02:13star into the sky I made the big mistake in my life to think that when you are championing someone and taking care of them and you have their back and you are the holder of their secrets
01:02:35the betrayal came at a great cause and the way he handled me was to erase me
01:02:47Cassie Ventura released a statement saying I am so scared that his first actions will be swift retribution
01:02:56towards me and others who spoke about him at this trial
01:03:00people have asked was I afraid I was afraid I've been afraid I am afraid
01:03:11what are you afraid of
01:03:13powerful people do scary things
01:03:16he remembers all of the people that said no and that might have slighted him and there's a price to pay for that
01:03:30he's devious he's calculating master manipulator
01:03:41I think in ways he's soulless
01:03:45this shit is motherfucking history
01:03:48last night we was human
01:03:50but tonight we're going to superhuman
01:03:54and I think it's hate crimes
01:03:57that Sean has perpetrated
01:03:58against countless people
01:04:01that have crossed this path
01:04:03it hurts
01:04:08it hurts
01:04:10it hurts
01:04:12I hope
01:04:13I hope he's getting everything he got coming to him
01:04:15plus some more
01:04:16he's going to get it all
01:04:18he's going to get it the same way he gave it
01:04:21he's going to get it
01:04:22everybody
01:04:24had to go do something with this dude
01:04:26sucker ass nigga
01:04:29when I was first starting out
01:04:33I didn't have no mercy
01:04:35if you live life like that too much
01:04:38I think your intentions can get misinterpreted
01:04:40my intentions were just to make everybody the best
01:04:44for everybody to eat
01:04:47to make history
01:04:48and to inspire the world
01:04:50and I think I did that
01:04:52I don't want to wake up
01:04:55you know old
01:04:56and have any regrets
01:04:58that I didn't develop as a man
01:05:00I'm still in this movie
01:05:05and I just plan on
01:05:07I just know the ending
01:05:08and that it's going to end happily ever after
