00:00For years the Blue Jacket Fashion Show has invited stars to walk New York Fashion Week
00:09runways to raise awareness for prostate cancer. A decade, 10 years, and these are the originals.
00:15It's like, I don't know if we're the Supremes or... No, we're just the original cast album.
00:19And I think that each of us looks younger except for Mario.
00:23And, um... Call me when you look this good at $79,000.
00:30Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, founder and designer Frederick Anderson, along
00:34with a few famous faces, actors Mario Cantone, Dominic Famoso, and journalist Don Lemon have
00:41come together to discuss its impact, advocacy, and of course, fashion.
00:46I actually look forward to this every single year. Am I the only one who looks forward to
00:50this? Oh, I love it.
00:51I look forward to it every year because it's the only time I get to feel like a model and
00:56walk down that runway. It's so exciting.
00:58Yeah, and you kill it.
00:59And for such a great cause.
01:00The reason I wanted this is for guys to have conversations. Because one of the big things
01:04is we know men don't have conversations about anything, much less about, you know, their
01:08health or anything like that. So that's actually, the outcome was exactly that. We ended up this
01:13little team and this little like, you know, the Blue Jacket like fighters, I guess.
01:18About one in eight men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.
01:21So all men should get a standard PSA test starting at 45. And it's easy to do. Just
01:27talk to your physician.
01:28Now there's so many ways and all it takes is a little blood test. And they can at least
01:33find if your numbers are elevated and go deeper.
01:35So preventable. Like if you get on top of it early, it's so treatable.
01:39My doctors are used to, you know, detecting it the old fashioned way. And so they're like,
01:47just for safety. I won't get too personal. But there was a time when they were alarmed.
01:53My father died of prostate cancer and he was diagnosed in 1990. And it was too late.
01:58From the very beginning, Johnson and Johnson has stood alongside Blue Jacket, supporting
02:02the mission year after year, helping amplify awareness, education and early detection.
02:07This fashion show has life.
02:09You know what I love about, too, about the fashion show is like the camaraderie. Like
02:14everyone is cheering everyone on and people are trying to outdo one another, but not in
02:18a competitive way.
02:19Once again, this is about awareness. Bill Nye gets like millions of impressions because
02:23he goes viral every season. Did you know he was the most Googled person in Fashion Week
02:29last season?
02:30Yeah, it was reported on Women's Wear Daily. They had a big picture of him saying
02:33he was the most Googled person out of all the shows. Think about it. During Fashion Week,
02:38Bill Nye was the star of Fashion Week.
