Cradley Heath Social Club Plans 23-Room Bed and Breakfast

Owners say the club is in jeopardy without new income streams. The proposal would see unused function rooms converted into overnight accommodation.

00:18new revenue streams. The application to Sandwell Council also includes plans to refurbish the

00:24lounge bar, games room and a ground floor function room. Plans say the unused first floor space is no

00:31longer financially viable. The new accommodation would mainly serve travelling business people

00:36and workers during the week. A decision will be made by planners in due course

00:41following consultation with local residents.
