Manuel Bonoan over supposed erroneous grid coordinates that were submitted to the Sumbong sa Pangulo website. In his defense, Bonoan said he relied on data from the office of the late former DPWH Usec. Catalina Cabral.

04:21Personal daw vinalidate, nipunuan ang report at doon nga nila nadiskubre ang mga anomalya sa Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office.
04:29Agad daw niya itong in-report sa Pangulo.

05:04na nagsabing nagsimula ang sistema ng allocable projects noong taon 2022 panahon ni Bunuan bilang kalihim.
05:12Ang allocable projects ay halaga ng mga proyektong inilalaan ng DPWH sa budget ito sa National Expenditure Program.
05:19Ang komputasyon ito ginawa ni dating DPWH Undersecretary Cabral.
05:23Ayon kay Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian, lampas 2 bilyong piso ang posibleng nakuha ang kickback ni Bunuan.

06:11Pabilang din sa nasabing reklamo si na dating Sen. Bong Revilla, Sen. Jingo Estrada at dating House Appropriations Committee, Chairman Sal Dico.
06:18Si dating Deped Undersecretary Trigib Olayvar, itinanggi rin ang paratang ni Bernardo na pumubura siya ng mga kickback galing sa mga proyekto umano ni dating Sen. Sonny Anggara.
06:29Pati na ang umano'y 2.85 billion pesos na Unprogram Appropriations para raw sa isang Executive Secretary.
06:35Itinanggi rin niya ang umano'y pag-endorso niya kay Carleen Jaffilla na aided dating Sen. Nancy B. Night.
