00:28and Shinagawa stations. Passengers were assisted off a train that had become stranded between stations
00:34and were guided along the tracks to safety with help from firefighters and railway staff.
00:42Officials said a fire broke out at a transformer next to the railway tracks near Tamachi Station.
00:48The blaze was extinguished about 30 minutes later and no injuries were reported. Authorities are
00:54investigating whether the two incidents are connected. Five people were taken to hospital
00:59after feeling unwell while trapped inside the trains. Services on both railway lines resumed
