This is Day 7 of my “making my bed every day” series, focused on staying consistent with my goals this year and proving that small habits actually compound into real change. Anyone can start a habit — staying consistent for a full week is where confidence starts to build.

This year is about accountability, discipline, and doing the things I said I would do, even when motivation fades. Making my bed every morning is the first step, or so they say, and after seven straight days, I can see how structure creates momentum. If you’re trying to stay consistent with your own goals, let this be proof that progress is built one day at a time.

💬 Have you ever stuck with a habit for a full week? Did it get easier after Day 7? Drop a comment and let’s keep each other accountable.

00:00What's up, everybody? My name's Trey. Welcome back.
00:04It is officially day seven of making my bet every day,
00:08trying to be more successful, trying to be more consistent, trying to be
00:11just a better person and start the day off with an easy win. So let's go ahead and get into it.
00:16Now, on today's episode of
00:19the recap, I had AI
00:23make me have
00:2810 more pounds, either 10 or 15 more pounds of muscle.
00:32And I'm not going to lie. This is the first time I could genuinely
00:36say I loved myself after I saw that picture.
00:40If you're wondering what it looks like, I'll pop it up on the screen. That's what I look like
00:44with 15 more pounds of muscle. Absolutely shred it. So if
00:48you know what I got to do to look like that, please let me know
00:52because if I look like that for my upcoming bodybuilding show,
00:56like one of my goals in life will be
01:00accomplished, which is just like love the way
01:02I look because, oh my God, I look
01:04like an absolute unit.
01:06Oh my gosh. But other than that,
01:08now I just have a
01:11tangible goal to hit. Now I
01:14know that picture
01:16is not necessarily the most
01:18realistic. Like I might have to be on gear.
01:20I might have to take some stuff, but
01:22like that's exactly what I want to look like. So
01:26sometimes
01:28the negatives of gear
01:29are outweighed by the positives.
01:32If you get the body of your absolute dreams
01:34is all I'm saying.
01:37That's all I'm saying.
01:39Also, I've come to the conclusion
01:40in the last seven days
01:42or the last week of doing this,
01:43I still feel no
01:46different about making my bed,
01:47but maybe
01:50it's just it gets me up
01:52a little bit earlier, so I have to make it.
01:54I don't know.
01:55But hopefully
01:56this
01:57gets
01:58you excited
02:00to be consistent,
02:01motivated,
02:02and
02:03just like that,
02:05another one in the books.
02:06I'll see you next week
02:07for the start of day two.
02:09Peace.
