00:00Over the quarter, actually, that figure is less dramatic in terms of growth, just 0.1%.
00:05It comes off the back of a complete flatlining of the economy in the previous figures.
00:10And this is because of the Chancellor's choices.
00:13She's chosen not to grit public spending, particularly the benefits bill,
00:16but instead to put up taxes on hardworking people and businesses.
00:21And that is at the core as to why we're seeing these disappointing figures.
00:25And, of course, it matters to people's living standards right up and down the country.
