Transcript
00:00This is Lysart's train station, one of the only train stations in New South Wales which
00:03is request only, meaning you have to ask a train attendant at a different station to
00:07stop the train here or you can signal to a driver.
00:10Now this station is unique because it's surrounded on both sides by Blue Scope Steelworks, meaning
00:14to actually get to the station you have to either come by train or go through private
00:17property.
00:18It's one of the only stations in New South Wales that does that and it's pretty special
00:22for that reason.
00:23Statistics show that Lysart's station has less than 50 travellers per month going in
00:27and out of the station.
00:28There are gates on either side of the station which you need a Blue Scope pass to get through,
00:33meaning that you can't even get to the station from the public roads.
