00:06bird species in real-time. This year's consumer electronics show was defined by AI-powered

00:12innovation, a mix of genuine breakthroughs and eye-catching concepts that may never see

00:18a store shelf.

00:20Romanian deep tech company Dot Lumens' AI glasses for the blind could make shopping

00:26or even hiking possible for the visually impaired. The headset analyzes surroundings and helps

00:32a blind person on their daily commutes, replacing a guide dog.

00:36We use AI to understand, for example, what's a safe surface, what is not a safe surface,

00:41to understand objects around and how you can interact with them, to understand if you're

00:45indoor or outdoor.

00:46And Chinese company Roborox's Saros Rover is a robotic vacuum cleaner with a pair of legs

00:53and motion sensors, allowing it to navigate the house alone and climb up and down the

00:58stairs, hoovering as it goes.

01:00What it means is that it utilizes AI and advanced algorithms in order to measure the space around

01:06it and be able to climb steps with its wheel-leg system. But it's not only just steps and stairs,

01:12it is also ramps, slopes, curved stairs, snail type of stairs, carpeted stairs, all types of

01:20different surfaces that the wheel-leg can handle.

01:22France-based YBrush brought its smart halo toothbrush, which not only cleans teeth in

01:2820 seconds, but has gas sensors to detect health conditions through analyzing users' breath.

01:34But the AI search has also given birth to solutions in search of a problem, like chargeable design-changing

01:41bags, lollipops that play music using bone-induction technology, or even smart toys that grow and evolve

01:49like real pets.
