00:25Two owners of Terra ice cream store in Milan have gone against the grain of the Italian tradition

00:33and instead turned to artificial intelligence to create new flavours.

01:27so for the moment I think that my role is still fundamental in the creation of ice cream.

01:33They say that what they can take from ChatGPT is ideas,

01:37and it is up to them what they create out of its suggestions.
