00:00I'm for cave, Crystal Palace were indeed eliminated by a D6 team in the cup today, I remind you that Crystal Palace were the title holders, so you just have to pay a little bit, I remind you that the level in England drops a little less when you go down divisions, in France there are only 2 professional divisions, in England there are 5, and so we would be more on the equivalent of a National club eliminating a Ligue 1 club, now on paper, there are 117 places difference between the two teams, is that good for you?
00:21Crystal Palace rotated their starting eleven, plus the guys were in a slump in results, so that might not have helped. Opposite them, you had guys who were obviously going to give it their all, and when an amateur team goes all out against a professional team whose game plan is in crisis, in turmoil, and who have rotated their starting eleven, well, this is what you get: a magnificent 1-0 victory and a pitch makeover. However, the two goals were fantastic. The first goal was from a free kick; it was captain Paul Dawson who scored with a header. But you have to know that before heading it, he was half-dazed from a collision; his head was literally bleeding.
00:50And despite that, well, he's going to head it home, and while at halftime Crystal Palace obviously made changes and brought on some starters, well, the club remained totally lethargic, and the second goal, I've never seen such a mess, really the goal was random from start to finish, you have a stuttering clearance, you have an opposing player entering the box, a penalty is claimed but the referee doesn't give a damn, the action continues, and then this great Isaac makes a gesture, I think nothing in the play is controlled, and while the stadium was chanting for a third, a third, well, there will still be a reduction of the score, from a free kick by Yérémy Pino,
01:20in the 90th minute, but it won't change anything, the defending champion is eliminated by a D6 club.
