00:00Regarding the universities, we saw in the previous administration much failed moral leadership among the university presidents who were brought into the United States Congress to testify, and one after the other seemed to fail, again, basic moral tests of understanding the nature of anti-Semitism.
00:21What is your DOJ doing right now in terms of the universities?
00:25Well, you're being very kind because the previous administration and the previous, during the Biden administration, those universities just allowed Jewish hatred to exist.
00:35This president has made it very clear.
00:37President Trump has made it very clear.
00:39We're not going to tolerate anti-Semitism.
00:42We're going to enforce Title VI.
00:44If you allow hate to exist, we're going to take away your funding.
00:47We're going to enforce Title VII.
00:49We're not going to allow Jewish faculty members to be harassed or tormented.
00:54And so what he's going to do and what he has done so far, he has worked out settlement agreements for these schools, these universities, to stop it, to prevent the hate to exist, to allow Jewish students to walk on those campuses like black students, like white students, like everyone else.
01:13Jewish Americans should be treated the same way, simply should be treated the same way, and not be denied due to their religious rights.
01:21And that's what the president has done.
01:23He has entered into several settlement agreements, which have been beneficial in stopping the hate.
01:30There's still hate out there on these campuses.
01:33But these settlement agreements, he has put these schools' feet to the fire.
