00:00How did you prepare for this besides playing video games?
00:03Some of the ways I prepared, I practiced the art of stoicism.
00:07I read a few stoic books.
00:09Looking up into military practices, like just the ideas of like brotherhood.
00:15There's a tragic thing that happens in the beginning of this story
00:18and this is a character who kind of has to cope with loss and some PTSD
00:22so I think that's a big part of this story as well.
00:26Ooh, you know, something that preps me a lot is listening to music.
00:32So I listen to kind of just a lot of badass music.
00:34Like what?
00:35Jane's a badass girl.
00:36Okay, so there's this song called, it goes like
00:39All day, every day, therapist, mother, married, dead, dentist.
00:43All the girlies will know what I'm talking about.
00:45There's like a bunch of TikToks of girls running to it in movies
00:48and I'm like, it just makes me feel like a badass, which I am.
00:51But yeah, and I watched some more stuff too.
00:55I used to live in Vegas and I actually used to shoot at a range
00:59at least twice a week for two years.
01:02I learned how to shoot pistols, shotguns, rifles.
01:05And so I feel very comfortable in this environment.
01:07It's fun to get back out here and smell the gunpowder
01:10and hear the pops in the distance and the echoes.
01:13It's fun. It's exciting for me.
01:15But yeah, I used to train. I used to shoot all the time.
01:18Well, I was just born for this role, you know.
01:21This is all, my outfit is all of my own stuff that I brought.
01:24And they let me wear it.
01:25Check out the spurs.
01:27They let me put on my spurs.
01:29True cowboy.
01:30So yeah, I'm very excited about this role.
01:35No.
01:36No.
