00:03Even the bum-ass Colorado Rockies have gone out and signed somebody.

00:06Even the Rockies have been shamed into signing somebody.

00:13And yet, Keith, we got to this very late in the show yesterday in Grab Bag.

00:16Their over-under is 87.5.

00:19It's fairly high.

00:20You wonder if they are factoring that in thinking they're going to re-sign Bregman?

00:23I think Bregman has to be baked into that number because if Bregman signs somewhere else,

00:28or at least Bregman or Bichette, they're assuming the Red Sox are going to do something else.

00:32If they don't get Bregman, who's their third baseman?

00:34Who's their second baseman?

00:36Well, I think the answer is if they don't get Bregman,

00:42Bregman is at third and Bichette is at second.

00:44Yeah, right, but they don't have Bichette yet,

00:45so it's like one of those things where, I don't know.

00:49Individually, Wilson Contreras, I like him.

00:51Sonny Gray, I like him.

00:53Oviedo, I'm optimistic that he's good.

00:56I'm not expecting really much, but maybe he'll be good.

00:59Maybe he'll surprise a lot of people.

01:01But it's been an underwhelming offseason to this point,

01:04so for their number to be 87.5 seems a little surprising.

01:08Now, that would put them third in the division.

01:10So that's what I was just going to ask.

01:11Where do they step up?

01:12So the Yankees are at 93.5.

01:14Seems high.

01:16I mean, for all the crime we're doing about the Red Sox,

01:20and they spent more in free agency than the Red Sox have,

01:22but they still haven't re-signed Bellinger.

01:23They're doing the same exact thing with Bellinger the Red Sox are doing with Bregman.

01:27But they should get Garrett Cole back healthy, right?

01:29That's true.

01:29So between Cole and Freed, I don't know.

01:32Toronto, who won the pennant, is 91.5.

01:37So they've spent like crazy.

01:39Yeah.

01:43Something doesn't add up there.

01:44Bobachette currently on neither team.

01:45Yeah, they're going to lose.

01:47They might get Kyle Tucker, but they're going to lose Bichette.

01:50So it's a four-game drop between the Blue Jays to the Red Sox,

01:55who are alone in third based on these numbers.

01:57The Orioles, who everyone's telling me they might have the best lineup in baseball,

02:01is at 84.5.

02:02And then Tampa Bay is 78.5, a distant fifth.

02:06Yeah, so don't show John Henry those numbers.

02:08Like, to me, that's what's scary.
