00:00The runner-up in Central African Republic's presidential election, Anisette-Georges de Lugolet,
00:07is alleging widespread fraud after provisional results declared incumbent Faustin-Archange Tuadera winner of the December vote.
00:18We solemnly reject the results proclaimed by the National Elections Authority and we will refer the matter to the Constitutional Court.
00:27We reject these results because they violate electoral law, they violate the Constitution and above all they violate the will of the Central African people.
00:39What the ANE has proclaimed is not an electoral victory, it's a confiscation of the popular vote.
00:48Provisional results show Tuadera, who's already served two presidential terms winning 76.1% of the vote,
00:56Tuadera-Lugolet's 14.6%.
00:58Our fight is clear, we will demand the annulment of the entire presidential election or the truth of the ballot boxes.
01:08The truth of the ballot boxes requires a recount of votes in all polling stations across the country,
01:16after the annulment of tally sheets and result forms that were artificially fabricated.
01:22Former Prime Minister Henri-Marie Dondra, who received 3% of the vote, also rejected the results,
01:30but neither candidate provided evidence for their claims.
01:35The major opposition coalition boycotted the election after a referendum allowed the removal of presidential term limits.
