00:00It could be as quick as 30 seconds, up to two minutes. I always look for, that's what I learned
00:05in college. When we were doing focus group studies in my communication classes, you look for consistent
00:11variables. You need to put it into categories and subcategories. So for me, it was almost the
00:16language that I knew in college. I just applied it towards phonetics. And then once again, phonetics
00:22was as simple as tone rate, pitch duration. The tone, you don't want to match it because
00:26someone's angry. But then again, I saw the rate and the pitch. And then the duration was the real
00:32special sauce, the real tell sign, the answering speed, which is the funniest thing because
00:38phonetics is sound. And I'm saying, hey, Pam, the greatest tell sign you have is
00:43The silence. That's what makes you a genius. I love it. And when you say duration, just to make
00:50sure we're all clear on it, you mean how long they wait before they say something?
00:56How quickly it takes them to answer you. Yes. How long it takes to answer.
