01:02According to the Department of Health, or DOH, with the agency's bigger budget,
01:07patients no longer need to approach politicians.
01:10The DOH assured the shoulder expenses of patients admitted under basic accommodation
01:16through the Zero Balance Billing Program.
01:19Constituents are free to ask assistance from their elected officials.
01:24But do they need a guarantee letter from them to get assistance?
01:27No.
01:28They can go straight to the Department of Health, and we will help them if they need help.
01:32For 2026, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has allocated P448 billion for the health sector.
01:41Zero Balance Billing is fulfilled through the budget of the hospitals.
