00:08So swore a visibly irked House Speaker, who vows of no shenanigans, committed on their part all throughout the BICAM deliberations for the 2026 General Appropriations Bill.

00:22House Speaker Faustino Boggi D. III strongly denied allegations that budget insertions are being made in the current deliberations of the Bicameral Confidence Committee or BICAM on the 2026 DPWH budget.
00:39According to Speaker D., as the leader of the lower chamber, he assures that the budget process is clean, orderly, and transparent.
00:46He also emphasized that there is nothing illegal happening on their side, nor is there any deception.
00:53Aside from the alleged insertions, there were also rumors of supposed threats to the House leadership due to budget-related issues.
01:00But this was already denied by House Committee on Appropriations Vice Chair Zia Alon to Adjong.
01:06There's no truth to that. Wala pong any indication that would at least validate that kind of information and rumor.
01:18We're very solid in terms of our support to the leadership of the House.
