00:00Previously on Doc...
00:02I don't suppose I ever met him?
00:03Once, we all went out to dinner one time.
00:06You told me there were some things I needed to tell him.
00:08And did you?
00:09I've been having memory seizures.
00:11The fact that you collapsed tells me that you could be headed for cerebral edema.
00:14You need to take an oral dose daily.
00:15But I never changed my own proxy.
00:17Part of me still thinks she knows me best.
00:19That one.
00:20What?
00:21Amy Larson TMS recordings.
00:23You realize we can blow up all of our relationships with this?
00:30What is he saying?
00:31What is his name?
00:32No!
00:33No!
00:34Yes!
00:35It's a 7-yard crime scene.
00:36I don't know why.
00:37I was trying to do it.
00:39I'm making sure I was trying to do it.
00:40I say to myself, you know what?
00:41I wanted to be a T-shirt, you know what to do.
00:42I wanted to be a T-shirt, you know what to do.
00:44Even if no, you can kill me, you know what to do.
00:47I'm trying to get anything to do.
00:48I thought you would have to break my arm away.
00:51Take that up.
00:53I got to go.
00:54I'm out of there!
00:55What?
00:56I got to go.
00:57okay so today is the day right today's the day no more putting this off and run me through it
01:25dr larson you've been chief for three months and they have been just about the worst three
01:30months of my life you are harsh you are condescending you treat interns like they're
01:33med students and although i can take it being around that horrible energy all day is just
01:38soul-sucking sounds like a great start you think it'll fly be serious give me the real all right
01:44i have had an amazing time working here i really respect and admire you blah blah blah and although
01:49i know it's not customary for an intern to leave this early in their tenure i do have an opportunity
01:54at johns hopkins my beautiful wife has family in baltimore et cetera et cetera so it would mean
02:00a lot if you would bless this and write me a letter of recommendation i'm assuming the blah blah blah
02:06and the et cetera will be something coherent something coherent i'll figure something out
02:11well then okay stud go get her yeah
02:18i need cpaps induction meds ppe and ventilators
02:23i understand that it's barely penetrated the u.s but we don't want to be caught with our pants down
02:28it's coming dr kamara wishing it away is not a strategy uh what's that about the the coronavirus
02:38yeah i'm just trying to stay ahead of it but i don't want you panicking people no yeah yeah yeah
02:43of course not have you read anything about it cdc and nih alerts i studied a few of the case reports
02:48out of wuhan yeah what do you make of it well i'm no epidemiologist but it does seem to act in strange
02:53ways well buckle up you may find out soon enough now you had a question for me oh uh yeah i i was um
03:02i was just gonna ask you if uh maybe i could see a few patients on my own today i feel like i'm ready
03:09for that you understand why i have things organized the way that i do with all of the interns being
03:14supervised you don't want any mistakes right so don't make any
03:23thank you okay shauna you had a fever up to 101 101.2 yesterday morning okay and loose bowels
03:34a little for a day or two but er sent me here because he said i have some problem in my kidney
03:39yeah you have a clot in the artery that's going to your left kidney but we can treat it with a
03:43medication called heparin what causes this you know it could be a variety of things including
03:47dehydration but we'll run some blood work to investigate that anything else going on in terms
03:51of symptoms not really no all right well i'll have a nurse come in and she'll take some blood
03:57and we'll get that iv set up and i see you got the meatloaf you gotta be careful and get a little
04:02gnarly it doesn't much matter right now barely taste anything what was that oh i can't really
04:09taste anything in the last few days that's not a big deal is it um i'm not sure yet
04:19i want you to smell this tell me what you think it is
04:31i gotta smell anything what is it
04:3354 year old man with complications from lupus he has been on methyl trexate for three days but he is
04:54still suffering from joint inflammation and pleuritis what do we do next dr larson
04:58can i have a word are you interrupting my rounds i'm sorry but i don't think this can wait
05:05you better have the answer when i get back
05:09yes i have a 32 year old female patient that's presenting with gi issues and a low-grade fever
05:14the er diagnosed with renal artery thrombosis but she has a complete loss of smell
05:20so you're thinking there were two cases of anosmia in wuhan so i pulled up the case reports
05:25out of italy there were three there as well yeah but in those cases it developed much later in the
05:29cycle i get that but we also know that it seems to keep morphing into presentation the fact that i
05:34was discussing this this morning when you walked into my office not that impression or look into score
05:39points chasing zebras look the last thing i want is that coronavirus in our hospital
05:44so breathe in for me and out
05:53does that hurt no any coughing or shortness of breath no what about fatigue i'm a little tired
06:03and uh i'm a bit jet-lagged what about her blood work i haven't sent anybody in here to do that yet
06:09not that you saw her well maybe you should do that now yourself
06:18there are 350 million people in this country and 71 confirmed cases none in minnesota well
06:24there's always a first so you want to shut down internal medicine quarantine everyone on
06:28the floor and send panic through the whole hospital on the hunch of an intern i examine
06:33the patient and i support dr heller's diagnosis based on loss of smell and fine crackles in both
06:38lung bases plus the blood work shows low platelets both of which suggest adenovirus
06:43any evidence of widespread clotting not yet no has she been in china or italy she did just flying from
06:49new york where there's one confirmed case so far but there's no real testing and obviously people
06:54from all over the world come through there we have no confirmed contact no cough no respiratory distress
06:59five out of the 18 cases in washington had gi issues you're stretching if you don't report this to
07:04public health and contact trace in 24 hours it'll be too late enough of this hysteria dr larson this
07:10is not hysteria although the pushback seems like it might be i'm not taking a call from the governor
07:15about this we can revisit in 24 hours if you have more evidence well i certainly admire your courage
07:21careful dr larson apparently it's your job to be careful it's our job to do what we think is right
07:34are you okay the cemeteries are always hard
07:53you ever meet him no he lived in arizona don't think he got here much
08:13why didn't they put the jar in yet we're gonna do that after the ceremony put the shovels yeah yeah you'll
08:20see at first everybody's gonna line up and they'll take a shovel but what we do is we turn it upside
08:27down like this so it only holds a small amount of dirt and then we take just that small amount of dirt
08:34and we pour it back into the hole that's our way of saying to saba we're burying you but we want to go
08:41slowly because we don't want to say goodbye yet okay
08:54so
09:03it
09:09Amen.
09:39There were a lot of things unspoken between me and my dad, a lot that went unsaid like
09:54a lot of fathers and sons I'm sure.
10:00I lost my mom when I was 14 and I didn't realize it at the time, but I realize now what my
10:08dad lost, he lost his best friend.
10:14My mom, she was, she was his rock, his anchor and my dad never let me or Ali feel that because
10:23he knew he needed to be our rock.
10:28A lot of you know how sick my mom was and how much she suffered and I never told him,
10:35but my dad, he always knew that's why I wanted to be a doctor so that I could help people
10:40the way that I couldn't help her.
10:48He always wanted me to take over the family business but he knew that I needed to take
10:52a different path so he put his head down and he worked 14 hours a day for my dreams.
10:58He didn't need to say why or take credit or, or tell people what he was sacrificing.
11:06He just, he just did it.
11:09I'm a different generation so I, I talk a lot more about things than he did but at the end
11:14of the day I just, I hope that I can do the things that matter like he did cause, cause talk
11:21it's cheap and my dad, he, he just gave from his heart.
11:28Hey.
11:29Hey.
11:30I know you're not supposed to bring flowers.
11:31Is that Rogola?
11:32I didn't know how to pronounce it but yes.
11:33And bagels.
11:34I think we're pretty clear on how to say that.
11:49Yes.
11:50Fantastic, thank you.
11:52I think we're up to like 85 dozen.
12:04doesn't can you just can you just uh just drop it in the kitchen of course
12:09i loved what you said about him oh thank you i i don't know i didn't really prepare anything
12:16i got you texts this morning i'm sorry to write back no you've got your hands pretty full yeah
12:21yeah it's a it's a lot of family mia is adorable she looks like you i do see a lot of my dad in
12:31her too though how's she taking it i don't know i don't think she understands yet no i'm sure yeah
12:42what about you how you holding up me you collapsed a couple days ago oh yeah i yeah i'm fine taking
12:50your meds yes i am um listen
12:56look i was in a i was in a pretty low place the other night when i called you
13:03yeah of course you were not me i just i hope i didn't send any mixed signals
13:12the only signal i got was that you wanted to talk to somebody who had met your dad
13:17the fact that i didn't remember him probably doesn't help but yeah i obviously understand
13:24lost so it makes sense that you would call me yeah yeah i guess it does um
13:32anyway i'm glad you're here i am your friend jake no matter what
13:39thank you jakey can i borrow you your cousins want to say hello yeah of course i'll talk to you in a bit
13:46yeah how's the body language been they were kind of having a moment earlier but it was hard to tell
13:54they could just be playing it cool because they're in front of everyone at the hospital
13:57well it is much more explosive for us if they're sleeping together so you know maybe try to find out
14:01hi there i'm rachel jake's ex-wife yeah hi i'm amy larson it's nice to meet you and lovely house
14:16jake chose it way back when so mia was born here born and raised well not a home birth i'm not one of
14:24those you know what i mean yeah big believer in the epidural no duelist for this girl just a little
14:31heads up stay away from aunt sarah oh god what is she saying now just that you're the harlot who broke
14:36his heart and you shouldn't be hosting this harlot well that is a new one amy this is ali jake's sister
14:44hi amy was chief when jake was an intern oh right and then you had that car accident you lost like 12
14:50years of your memory ali um it was eight actually i mean it's fine it's not like it's a secret wow he
14:57told us some stories about you really oh yeah hated you at first but then he really came to respect you
15:03and you made him chief resident which was a really big deal for him he's a great doctor and an even
15:09better man he practically raised ali after their mom died yeah he told me that he did
15:16well long nights on call what else are you going to talk about besides your childhood
15:25right these are so good
15:32i feel so stupid i brought flowers instead of food well if you're not going to contribute maybe don't
15:38load up like that shouldn't say stuff like that to a woman
15:41okay so tell me the deal here this is jake's ex-wife's house uh it was his house till he moved
15:50out and when did they get divorced a couple years ago because they look pretty snub now well i think
15:56that's somewhat performative for their daughter's sake you know i'm getting a feeling there might be
16:01something between him and amy what you don't see that uh no
16:10but you do i i i plead the fifth come on wait are you talking about before or after her accident uh
16:19both how am i the last one to know about this maybe because you think of her as the virgin mary up on
16:25her pedestal and what about now i mean i don't think dr really is going to be letting people date
16:31their superiors do you no probably not where is she today anyway i mean dr hamda is here and he's
16:37cmo she's out of town at some conference and he's just a good guy of course he's also part of a weird
16:43triangle right and you were able to defrost it okay amazing thank you so much katie we should be home
16:54in a couple hours love you too i can't believe she's going away to college i'm really going to
17:02miss her still 18 years till the empty nest so we got that going for us yeah we do
17:12you're an intern again which means jake's your boss now uh yeah delicious right it's kind of like
17:21freaky friday or something kind of like freaky every day uh oh rachel sorry
17:33did you invite leslie i told her i was hosting okay well i want her gone seriously
17:41she'll break up our marriage so yeah unless were you planning on her bringing another dj for you to
17:45sleep with all these fireworks between these two they went to college together right yeah sometimes
17:52he'll date someone else sometimes she'll date someone else but they can't seem to shake each
17:57other no matter how hard they try i hear you and i'm sorry okay i'll ask her to leave thank you i'm
18:05sorry i just i don't i just don't want to look at her face today see yeah for sure i keep telling him
18:14he just needs to forgive her and end the suspense for everyone but maybe today will be the day
18:19yeah grief it can be very clarifying
18:31okay anna banana i sent it what do you mean you sent it sent it to who like we talked about first the
18:38new wife then the mimbo now just sit back and watch the powder cake explode
18:45you think i have coronavirus we're saying that there's a chance you have it which is why we need
18:51to keep you isolated until we're sure and what are these drugs you're giving me it's an antiviral
18:56medication along with a low dose of chloroquine what if you're wrong i thought nobody even knows how
19:01to treat this we are simply following the protocols that have been used in other hospitals and both of
19:06these are harmless so we're just doing this preemptively now if your situation escalates we could
19:11potentially add in antibiotics but we don't rush into that yet i don't understand i have
19:14been around anyone who has it that you know of that's that's the problem and how would i have
19:20gotten it you flew out of jfk anything you touched could have had germs okay so uh you think it happened
19:25at the airport because i was with my mom and grandma right before you should call them and tell them to
19:30isolate in case you got it before the airport a lot of people are dying of this aren't they
19:35young and healthy people we're not gonna let you die
19:46look i wasn't gonna contradict you in front of her because that would have just made her more anxious
19:49but we don't make promises we can't keep i know but she's young she has no comorbidities do not for
19:54a second make an assumption about what you think you know or have read or heard from another doctor
20:00do you understand yes okay remind the nurses that no one goes in there and watch her like a hawk i
20:06will and thank you for what you could have brought in attendings on this don't make me regret it i won't
20:15dr heller yeah get a telemetry set up in pathology and then meet me there okay um before we're gonna
20:25jerry-rigge covid test give me 10. we could pull the genetic code from china and potentially convert
20:32our influenza pcr but we need new short dna primers and probes that'll take too long i'm thinking hiv
20:38well could work but you need a serum sample from a confirmed case yeah i'm having one courier
20:43from washington it should be here in an hour then what are we waiting for
20:55so
21:15thank you
21:25oh two shots are dropping i can take it from here go
21:37no mom i don't know i don't know shauna you're in respiratory distress we're gonna put you on a
21:46ventilator what are they saying there baby please please hi this is tanner i'm dr amy larson she's
21:54saying you think she has the corona we don't know that yet for sure you need to stay away from other
21:58people until we figure this out well i don't have any symptoms and neither does my mother that's good but
22:03we still don't know how long the incubation period is let me call you back okay okay shauna i'm gonna
22:09have to intubate you which means we're gonna put this tube down your throat but we'll put you to
22:12sleep first so you don't feel any pain just please tell my mom what to do we will i promise
22:23if that patient needs to be on a ventilator she should be in the icu what's going on here i'm not
22:28comfortable moving her that's what's going on you're not comfortable because she has c diff stay in your
22:32lane julie you think she has the coronavirus and you're not telling any of us you're right
22:36we do think she has it but the board doesn't bite and they don't want anybody to panic we sequestered
22:41her and if all goes well we'll be able to test her soon look i get it you're scared you want to go
22:45home fine but if you stay you need to sit tight and think about what's best for everybody here
22:51and that means you need to trust us and keep your mouth shut as soon as you know i know of course
22:57okay what's next add a broad-spectrum antibiotics and a bronchodilator maybe that'll open up our
23:09airways yes ma'am and jake the next time you call me ma'am you're gonna be on scut work for six months
23:16i can't believe he's gone when was the last time you saw him april in arizona you too long
23:43i skipped out on dinner in the middle of it left him alone with the woman i've seen at the time
23:48oh my god jake
23:52i guess he opened up to her though i got back to her place that night and she said
23:57that he thought he was a failure as a father oh geez she told me i should tell him how much i
24:03appreciated everything he did for us but i said he knows and then i just never got around to making
24:10sure i'm not sure i also said i'd visit him didn't do that either who was she this woman
24:18no no no absolutely not we're not together anymore so this needs to stay in the vault okay
24:34you know i think you're the only jewish dad in america who's disappointed his son became a doctor
24:46if hospitals had jerseys i may have felt differently what an athlete he was three sports captain of all
24:53all of them oh this is weird what amy sent me an email what what is it i don't know it's an audio file
25:14no no no no no no no what is it i have to go no no honey just give me the keys i'm going home
25:40please just talk to me i swear to god i will scream and make a scene now give me the keys i need to
25:45know whatever's on there i sent it to you
26:03you record your therapy sessions sometimes yeah what's going on nora just got an email from you
26:09what i didn't send her anything it was one of your tms sessions you were discussing some very
26:13personal things damaging things to me well i didn't send her that michael why would i send her that
26:22okay you're a maniac guess that means the bomb went off obviously she was hacked for all we know
26:28it was the whole hospital i'm gonna call it right now when you get home change all your passwords
26:33okay you ought to lose your license if it came from your email it'll be in the send folder we need
26:40to hear it i'm still trying to get my head around that kiss in the elevator how so well it was pretty
26:49hot especially for someone who doesn't love me anymore whoever said that he did basically no he said he
26:57moved forward because you disappeared so what he doesn't really love nora i'm sure he loves her and
27:04i know he's really grateful to her for how she was there to help him pick up the pieces but let's just
27:10say i was at their wedding and he did not look like a man who was all there why would somebody send that
27:19to her from my account they're trying to hurt you by hurting them no by making you look unhinged
27:29oh my god what
27:34okay that meeting that i i missed with joan the one where i supposedly replied but didn't remember
27:42and that that medication well i gave the wrong dose somebody's coming after me
27:48yes i wanted to do this but not at his father's funeral and for a penny and for a pound
27:59hey hey i'm so sorry i i have to go oh really yeah i'm i'm just i'm not feeling great oh yeah
28:06of course go take care of yourself i remember some of our dinner with your father
28:10but i thought they said that wasn't possible gina says if it's important enough a memory can break
28:18through the medication oh you bet at 398.
28:22and he was really proud to have you as a son
28:31try to hold on to that yeah
28:38is it just me or did that look awfully intimate between them
28:41no no i just found out like 30 minutes ago
28:50are you sure because this could be a massive security breach
28:53is that it it looks like you were the only one targeted well can they see who did it they're still
28:58digging into it yeah i'm here
29:00we're sitting crackles went lungs and wheezing
29:12where two stats are still dropping we got up the pressure no if we do that we could cause a pneumothorax
29:20i just don't understand why her lungs are so stiff they're supposed to be opening
29:22there shouldn't be this much inflammation it's like her body is attacking her lungs if that were
29:28true then we'd have to pull her off the ventilator and bomb her with corticosteroids exactly has
29:31anyone tried that no idea but it's not like anyone's reporting anything with confidence
29:42she's clotting now this inflammation's everywhere okay i think we gotta call the cdc or the nih
29:48her co2 is rising there's no time treat the patient in front of you if we're wrong we'll kill her
29:54oh you want to go back to rounding with the interns this is what it means to be a doctor
30:01tell me everything you know they refused to take her to the icu but they put her on a ventilator
30:05then they take her off the ventilator put her on steroids now they've just rushed her down to
30:08the ir procedure room all this after telling me no one but them should even go into her room
30:12so what do you think is going on i know what's going on they think she has coronavirus but no one
30:16wants to tell the rest of us advancing the micro catheter your clots just passed a brachial artery
30:29you want to tell me what the hell you're doing we took her off the ventilator and her oxygenation
30:33improved but now she's clotting so we're dealing with that you gave a patient with adenovirus antivirals
30:39chloroquine broad spectrum antibiotics and steroids all in six hours when she came in here with a gi
30:44issue you drove her to this and now she may lose her limbs she doesn't have adenovirus she has
30:49coronavirus and she may die so why don't you back off and let us do our work keep the infusion running
30:55don't stop for anything if she doesn't have coronavirus i will make sure you never practice again
31:04okay we're at the clot push tpa i can't believe you're still there so late yeah yeah i know it's been
31:12kind of a crazy day well have you asked for the letter yet not yet you're not chickening out on
31:17me are you no no ali's got a friend in potomac who's a great realtor we may even be able to afford
31:23something in bethesda yeah that's that sounds great i'm glad you're excited well then rip off the
31:28band-aid and get the recommendation yeah i will hey listen i gotta i gotta go i'll call you in a little
31:32bit okay okay clots are dissipating okay perfusions returning to her arms still waiting on her legs
31:41respiratory status oh two stats are climbing a bit fine rails in her lungs we're really not
31:47going to know anything until the morning what did dr franco say uh she's run three
31:53tests so far all negative there must be an issue with the substrate unless we're wrong
31:58you have a wife and kid right yeah daughter go i've got this i know you're gonna say the buck stops
32:10here but i got you into this so i stay i got myself into this the day i signed up for med school
32:16but i'm glad you're gonna see it through
32:22yeah
32:25why don't you hit the on-call room we can monitor her in shifts
32:31okay
32:31but that's the thing we took her off the ventilator and she seemed to rebound that she doesn't have
32:45coronavirus i don't know how you can say that when there's so little data well unless you know
32:49something the cdc and the nih don't but uh hold on what it worked she tested positive i ran it three
32:56times your patient has covered 19.
33:02and we're squirted with dr kumara i'm suddenly getting all the supplies we need
33:18so i missed all the good stuff
33:32happens like that sometimes but you were there for the important part you did the work
33:40did we actually figure out something about this thing yeah unfortunately i think we're gonna have
33:44a long time to confirm that new york had one reported case yesterday and today they have 82.
33:49wow cdc is saying they think it might be airborne so it's gonna be everywhere

35:03i'm
35:05i'm
35:07I'm all afraid
35:12It's all before you replace me
35:17I'm loving me one last time
35:22Just like a dream
35:25Oh, come back to me
35:31Just like a dream
35:35Even though he only met you that one time
35:44He really loved you
35:45Well, if he's anything like his son
35:49I'm sure I loved him
35:51Jake?
35:55I think we need a reckoning
35:57Michael
36:00Can I come in?
36:02Yeah, of course
36:03Well, whoever hacked you used the VPN and rerouted it
36:08So it's not traceable
36:09At least not yet
36:11You realize that those mistakes I supposedly made
36:16Were the hacker trying to make me look bad
36:18We'll get into that tomorrow with Joan
36:20I'll make sure you get all your privileges back
36:23Great
36:23Thank you
36:24Oh, God
36:27What a mess
36:27Shouldn't you be at home
36:32Trying to fix things with Nora?
36:34She needed to cool off
36:36Michael, what are you doing here?
36:44Did you listen to the audio?
36:48Yes
36:49I did
36:50What Gina said about my wedding?
36:55She wasn't wrong
36:57Michael
36:59Nora called the house a mausoleum
37:03Well, that's an awful thing to say
37:05Well, maybe it is
37:06I mean, what is that house without you and Danny in it?
37:11Michael, that's not fair
37:13What am I supposed to do with that?
37:16I'm sorry
37:17You're right
37:20I don't know what I'm doing
37:24I guess I'm lost
37:29Your wife and son are waiting for you at home
37:40You need to find yourself with them
37:44So you were having an affair with her?
38:00Are you out of your mind?
38:01That happened after we separated
38:02Oh, really?
38:03Yeah
38:03Because all I know is four years ago
38:05We were about to move to Maryland
38:07And then suddenly you came home and said we're staying
38:09It was COVID
38:10You know what happened
38:11Yeah
38:11You had a change of heart
38:13About her
38:14You're really going to do this today?
38:17Well, today is when I found out
38:18For some reason you decided not to tell me about her
38:21All this time
38:43Yeah, Sarah was right
38:47You would have hated that we did it here
38:49Look at her
38:53She's here for you
38:55You know she came at me by Amy, right?
38:57Actually, you told her
38:57Thank you very much
38:58I didn't have to tell her
38:59She figured it out
39:01For all days
39:02Today she came at me
39:03She was jealous
39:04Right
39:04Oh, come on
39:05How long are you going to keep punishing her, Jake?
39:07I'm not punishing her
39:08She made her own bad
39:09You know
39:09Most people aren't as moral as you
39:13And that's going to leave you alone in this life
39:16It will make mistakes
39:19And if you really love someone
39:21You're just punishing yourself
39:23All dad ever wanted
39:26Was for you to be happy
39:27So
39:28End of day
39:30Whatever that is
39:31When you find it
39:33You better hold on to it
39:51Nora?
39:53You better hold on to it
40:23Charlie
40:39Dr. Handsome just opened the email
40:40He'll be kicking Amy Larson to the curb
40:42Right about now
40:43What is wrong with you?
40:44It was his father's funeral
40:45So?
40:46I mean, our father had a funeral
40:47And barely any of them showed up
40:48That's how it works
40:49Okay, this is out of control
40:50Nope, it's in control
40:51Our control
40:52I'm still trying to get my head around that kiss in the elevator
40:59How so?
41:01Well
41:01It was pretty hot
41:03Especially for someone who doesn't love me anymore
41:06Whoever said that?
41:08He did
41:08Basically
41:09No
41:09He said he moved forward because you disappeared
41:13So what?
41:14He doesn't really love Nora?
41:15Someone is trying to destroy you
41:39Yeah
41:41Who told you?
41:44I got an audio recording from your email
41:47Of me and Gina talking?
41:50That was taken totally out of context
41:52I don't care
41:52Look
41:56A part of you is always going to love Michael
41:59Just like a part of me is always going to love Rachel
42:03We share children and a past
42:06And there's just a lot of complicated crap
42:07That's hard to untangle
42:08But all I care about in this moment is
42:11Do you want to be with me?
42:17What about Joan?
42:19Our jobs?
42:20We both in life doesn't promise us anything
42:22Okay, so
42:23I don't want to wait
42:26Not another day
42:30Not another minute
42:35Not another second
