00:00My perfect order would be like you got to get a tray of things to bring back to
00:05the table and share with everybody that you brought with you and that's gonna
00:08include a hot boudin boy with chili oil. We take local boudin sausage which is
00:13like a pork and rice Cajun sausage put that inside of croissant with boiled egg
00:18and they have a little laugama chili oil on the side and it's like a match made
00:22in heaven. Add on a muffaletta breadstick so that's our take on the classic New
00:27Orleans sandwich but I always find there's too much bread in muffaletta like
00:30you can't eat the whole thing so we kind of switch the proportions around and
00:34then you got to add on a kaya bun. This is our house made coconut pandan custard it's
00:40a Singaporean spread that my family grew up making. Put that inside of laminated
00:45dough roll it up and bake it off toss it in desiccated coconut it's so good not
00:49too sweet. After that you got to get a cappuccino that's my go-to drink every day
00:53we've got a full espresso bar we've got really awesome matcha so you can kind of
00:57choose your own adventure there. Finishing off with a Frenchman sandwich named for
01:01the illustrious street that we're on it's got a little bit of everything this
01:05like super savory anchovy aioli on a baguette tomato mozzarella prosciutto
01:11there's green beans which everybody tells me they're scared when they see it but
01:16it's so good it's just like a pop of like refreshing vegetable juiciness and then
01:22some watermelon radish for color.
