00:09Then you want to take your muffaletta breadstick and start walking first to Washington Square Park.

00:16And just like sit and do little people watching.

00:18There's a nice playground if you came with your kids.

00:21And just actually like take in the beauty that is Friends Room Street.

00:24It has such a reputation for being this like crazy party time.

00:28During the day, it's actually really peaceful and calm and neighborhood-y.

00:31And keep going down and all the bars are just two blocks away.

00:34So maybe catch like a little afternoon show.

00:37And then just keep going.

00:38And from there, kind of choose your own adventure.

00:40If you're looking to go back into the corridor, take a ride on Royal Street.

00:44And walk your way across Esplanade into the French Quarter.

00:47And then you'll be right in the thick of it.

00:49If you're looking for like a little more quiet nature-y, go over the levee and continue on to Crescent Park.

00:55It's this beautiful park right along the Mississippi River.

00:58There's a really nice breeze that can help you beat the heat a little bit.

01:01And it's just where all the locals go to like exercise, walk their dogs, hang out a little bit, get a little sun.
