00:36Scrubs ended on the perfect note with its eighth season. The problem is that they made a ninth
00:41season, hurting the sitcom's legacy. None of them showed up. I got us all these glow-in-the-dark
00:47necklaces so we wouldn't lose each other when we were out on the town.
00:50This revival, which is debuting in February, may put the sacred back in Sacred Heart.
00:54Zach Braff, Sarah Chalk, Donald Faison, Judy Reyes, and John C. McGinley are all returning
01:00with newcomers like Vanessa Bayer and Joel Kim Booster. Despite being under contract with Warner
01:05Brothers, creator Bill Lawrence is also thankfully on board.

05:27a cheeky teaser suggests that it will pick up with the witches we first met in season 3's Coven.

06:24I know I'm just a hedge knight, but sometimes I think there could be more.
06:28Following the colossal letdown that was the Game of Thrones finale,
06:36the fantasy franchise saw something of a comeback with House of the Dragon.
06:39A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is the second TV spinoff from George R. R. Martin.
06:44Another prequel series, the inspiration is drawn from Martin's Tales of Dunk and Egg novellas.
06:49Never heard of him.
06:50He's not every knight in the Seven Kingdoms, then.
06:52The good ones.
06:53The Dunk is Sir Duncan the Tall, a lowly hedge knight, and the egg is Aegon Targaryen,
06:59a young Targaryen prince turned squire. Both are underdogs,
07:03which are often the best characters in Game of Thrones. Based on what we've seen so far,
07:07the show seems to be taking a more comedic, light-hearted, perhaps even optimistic approach,
07:12while still remaining grounded in this violent world.
07:15A falling star brings luck to those who see it.

07:22Number 4. Euphoria. Season 3.
07:25You thought three years was a ridiculously long wait for new episodes of Severance and Andor?
07:29It'll have been four years by the time Euphoria returns.
07:32What do you want to talk about?
07:35I've just had a really long week.
07:38Much has happened behind the scenes between seasons two and three. Namely, Angus Cloud tragically lost
07:43his life. He won't be the only absent actor this season, as Barbie Ferreira chose not to reprise
07:48her role as Cat. Yet, season three will see the return of Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow,
07:54Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi, all of whom have exploded since the series debuted.
08:00To Toe, it was like 11 hours.
08:02In that sense, we're not surprised season three took a while to complete. So long,
08:13in fact, that the characters will be out of high school, opening them up to even more adult stories.
08:18Keep looking, you mook. I'm Morgan f***ing Freeman, and this is the beginning of the third act.
08:24Number 3. Spider Noir
08:26Even when comic book movies printed money, Sony's Spider-Man universe was generally seen as a joke.
08:32We think this cinematic universe might have better luck with its first TV outing, however.
08:37Why? Well, borrowing from the Spider-Verse movies is a good start.

08:41Is he in black and white?
08:43Where's that wind coming from? We're in a basement.
08:46Wherever I go, the wind follows. And the wind? It smells like rain.
08:51Nicolas Cage previously voiced Spider-Man Noir in the Oscar-winning Into the Spider-Verse.
08:55Cage will bring the aging crime fighter into live action with this series,
08:59which sets itself in a black-and-white-draped 1930s New York.
09:03In my universe, it's 1933, and I'm a private eye. I like to drink egg creams, and I like to fight Nazis.
09:09A lot.
09:10While Spider Noir thrived in animation, we believe the characters can also work in a styled live-action environment,
09:17especially if the showrunners take a page from something like Sin City.
09:20Coming to MGM Plus and Amazon Prime Video, Spider Noir can't get here soon enough.

09:33Number 2. Blade Runner 2099
09:36Blade Runner and its 2017 Legacy sequel are two of the most thought-provoking and visually stimulating sci-fi films ever made.
09:43Sadly, not nearly enough people saw them in theaters.

10:00The good news is that this miniseries won't have to worry about the box office.
10:04While Silke Luisa of Shining Girl serves as the showrunner, Ridley Scott will be an executive producer,

12:59TV show, which is almost like True Detective with a couple of Green Lanterns who are space cops
13:06watching over precinct Earth. Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre will lead the series as Hal
13:10Jordan and Jon Stewart, respectively. What has us just as excited is the talent behind the camera,
13:16which includes Damon Lindelof of The Leftovers and Chris Mundy of Ozark.
13:20The latter also worked on True Detective, which is fitting, as Lanterns will also include a murder
13:26mystery. Lanterns just might be the envy of every other superhero show.
