00:10We denounce and we demand to the government of the United States
00:16a faith of life of the first national ruler and his wife.
00:21This action constitutes once again a flagrant violation to our Constitution,
00:27the laws of the republic and to international law,
00:31especially to Article 1 and 2 of the UN Charter that says the respect to the sovereignty
00:40and the judicial equality of the states and the prohibition of the use of force.
00:44Today, we denounce before the international community this aggression that has as an objective
00:50to take power of the strategic resources of Venezuela,
00:54and in such sense, we do a call to unite the efforts in guarantee of peace and stability
01:01of Latin America and the Caribbean.
01:04Likewise, the Supreme Court of Justice,
01:07in exercise of the judicial framework, national and international,
01:12that is in the Bolivar Republic of Venezuela,
01:16that backs the powers, the public national powers and especially the executive power
01:23in the development of all of the actions and judicial mechanisms
01:28to demand the condemnation of such acts.
01:32The judicial power once again unites the people of Venezuela
01:36and joins them in defense of the independence and the sovereignty of our country.
01:42Today, we reaffirm our commitment with life, with peace and with justice.
