00:10announcement for you that Kia Seltos has finally launched in the Indian market
00:14yes we were all expecting the 2026 Kia Seltos to launch and now it has finally
00:18launched and the prices for it starts at just at least 10.99 lakh and goes all
00:23the way up to the 19.99 lakh so that's a really really attractive price for that
00:27compact SUV and it is obviously one of the best-selling models in the Indian
00:32market now let's talk about the new Kia Seltos a little bit it adapts the global
00:36design language inspired by large international models it features a
00:39larger and wider tiger nose grille a vertically positioned LED lamps with new
00:44DRLs and it also gets some refreshed taillights with a connected LED bar
00:48overall the new Seltos looks bigger is bigger and even more muscular than the
00:53existing model now powering the Seltos will be the same three powertrains that
00:57was already there in the previous generation one so one is the 1.5
01:00litre naturally aspirated engine that pushes on 113 bhp and 144 nm of peak
01:05torque and then we have the 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine that pushes out 158
01:10bhp and 253 nm of peak torque and then we have the 1.5 litre diesel engine that
01:16pushes on 118 bhp and 260 nm of peak torque well out of these three obviously the
01:20petrol engine is the most powerful engine because it obviously produces 100 and
01:24almost 160 bhp of power now if we talk about the gearbox option it gets a six
01:28speed manual transmission as standard across all powertrains a CVT gearbox will
01:32be offered in a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine while the turbo
01:36petrol engine will get a six speed IMT or the seven speed DCT transmission and the
01:41diesel variant will be offered with a six speed automatic torque converter now
01:44these are the gearbox options that you get with the car obviously let's talk about
01:47little advanced features of that you get on the all-new Seltos well the new model will
01:51offer automatic climate control eight speaker boasts surround sound system a
01:55panoramic sunroof a heads-up display unit you have 64 ambient light color
01:59options and apart from that you get ventilated front seats apple carplay and
02:03an auto which is wireless and that is a good thing because the previous
02:07generation one did have a wireless one it had a wired android auto and an apple
02:11carplay system if you talk about the safety features of the all-new Seltos well it'll
02:15be equipped with level 2 ADAS with 21 safety features and it also gets six
02:20airbags as standard a 360 degree camera with blind view monitoring front rear
02:24parking sensors it also gets dpms abs all-wheel disc brake setup ESC and a lot
02:31of other safety features and yeah once again let me tell you the price of this
02:35vehicle so the all-new Seltos starts at a price of rupees 10.99 lakh showroom and
02:40goes all the way up to the 19.99 lakh well you have a lot of awareness that you
02:45can choose from a lot of color options lot of gearbox options and you have
02:48multiple engine options as well so I mean yeah it is a wide platter that you can
02:54choose from and customize the car according to your need and if you talk
02:58about the rivals of this car well you obviously have the Hyundai Krata the
03:02Marky Suzuki Victorious the Volkswagen Tiguan Skoda Koshak MG Hector and the
03:07Tata Harrier so yeah guys the all-new Kia Seltos has launched finally and it is a
03:12fantastic car it has grown much bigger it's taller it's wider and it's longer as
