00:48Mr Violanti says he had more customers this December than the year before

01:07On the York Peninsula the Stansbury harvesting region closed in May due to brevitoxin levels
01:13But after 241 days restrictions were lifted on New Year's Eve

01:22But the oyster farmer is nervous that windy conditions around the Gulf St Vincent could push the algae his way
