00:00Now in Mexico, President Claudia Sheinbaum toured the care centers where victims of the railway accident are being treated,
00:07pledging comprehensive assistance for the injured and their families.
00:11As state authorities, led by the Attorney General's Office, carry out investigations to determine the causes of the accident in the southern state of Xhaka,
00:19the President visited those affected.
00:21In this context, Sheinbaum reported that the National Commission for Victims, Federal Welfare Workers, known as Servidores de la Nación,
00:29and the Xhaka state government have been employed to ensure care and support for the victims.
00:35The President also announced an initial payment of 30,000 pesos, just over 1,400 euros, for the injured and their families,
00:44and once again expressed her condolences for the 13 people who lost their life in the tragedy.
