00:00Welcome to The Palm Event Pre-Launch Party.
00:26Hi, Maria.
00:27Hello.
00:28How are you?
00:29You look beautiful.
00:30You too.
00:31I love this.
00:32Nice to see you.
00:33Gorgeous.
00:35How are you?
00:36Wow.
00:41The Palm Event is like a notorious Palm Beach classic event that everyone wants to be a
00:49part of.
00:50Iconic Ferraris, air kisses, high fashion, maybe a couple hookers, and it is one of Donald
00:57favorite events of the season.
00:59Wow.
01:00And Robert has gifted this to us for the silent auction.
01:04Oh.
01:05How nice.
01:06That's gorgeous.
01:07He wanted to see if one of you would want to wear it this evening.
01:10Nice.
01:11This is so pretty.
01:12That's like a $3,000 bag.
01:13Yeah.
01:14Ladies and gentlemen, right now we do have a fashion show.
01:17So check out the models and come see Ingrid in the blue dress here if you're interested in
01:22learning more about that fashion.
01:27When you go to parties in Palm Beach, the gown is $25,000.
01:31The clutch is another $4,000.
01:33The earrings are maybe $20,000.
01:36It's expensive.
01:37Wow.
01:38Look at that.
01:39One gala, and you can never wear it again.
01:41Ever.
01:42It's gotta go.
01:43Next day, done.
01:44If you're seen wearing it again, then, oh, you poor thing.
01:48Either your husband left you, he's losing his business, somebody's about to go to prison,
01:53but you don't wear the same thing twice.
02:06I can't believe it.
02:08Oh, my God.
02:09Oh, boy.
02:10There's Romina.
02:11Very, very funny.
02:13Oh, my gosh, Romina.
02:15Here we go again.
02:16Skirts that are way too short, vinyl and pleather.
02:19I didn't know this was, like, block tie.
02:21I would have wore, like, a gown.
02:23If Romina wants to fit in, she will have to conform her clothing style to be more Palm Beach,
02:29because if Romina doesn't conform, people will not invite her back again.
02:34Okay, I need a drink, and then I'll be like, all right, what's the money?
02:44Hey, baby.
02:45You look great.
02:46So do you.
02:47So do you.
02:48You look so beautiful.
02:50Oh, my gosh.
02:51How are you?
02:52I love the purse.
02:53Nice to see you.
02:59Should've said hello.
03:01David.
03:02You remember Hillary?
03:03Yes, of course.
03:04Good to see you.
03:05I didn't know you were coming tonight.
03:08I mean, do you think that she noticed that she was being rude?
03:11Do you think she noticed?
03:12She just walked right by me and looked at me, and I tried to say hello, and she kept walking.
03:15When the inside is not nice, it doesn't matter what you have on the outside.
03:19Well, I only live, like, four doors down.
03:21Yeah.
03:22It wasn't a long commute for me.
03:23I never had a problem with her.
03:24Yeah.
03:25Yeah.
03:26That's a crazy thing.
03:27Yeah.
03:28It really makes me feel terrible.
03:32It's just an awful feeling, and she says hello to everyone around me, and I just can't even
03:37understand it.
03:38She can make you feel like you're invisible.
03:40And when Hillary didn't invite me to our party because she has become friendly with people
03:46who I'm no longer friends with, it definitely stung.
03:50What's the saying?
03:51Money can't buy class.
03:53You're so funny.
03:57Hillary can say what she wants to say, but I didn't gossip about anybody.
04:01How somebody could just make something up and push a narrative that's not true.
04:05It's shocking, but now I see that that does happen here a lot.
04:09She said hello to Hadash.
04:10She said hello to Tasha.
04:11I tried to say hello to her.
04:12She just walked right by me.
04:13Didn't look, like, very mean.
04:15She walked right by.
04:16Oh.
04:17Should we go see the yacht?
04:18Why not?
04:19I did not invite Roslyn to my party because I already had invited an entire group of people
04:25who were part of the group that she's really pissed off.
04:28And she has to stop, you know, putting me in the middle.
04:31I feel like just give her a minute.
04:34Oh, I don't have to give her a minute.
04:36I can just ignore and don't let her do what she did at her house.
04:41Are you sure maybe she'll see you?
04:42No, she did.
04:43We were this close.
04:44Okay, yeah.
04:45She saw you.
04:46It's like the two queens are battling.
04:47It's like the jealousy was always there.
04:49They're both respected, but I do feel that Roslyn has a little bit more public social presence.
04:55To which I think Hillary actually envies because Roslyn has made a mark for herself in Palm Beach that would take another person 20 years to establish.
05:06And I don't think she likes it.
05:08I'm so glad we got past Roslyn.
05:10Forget about that.
05:11Yeah.
05:12I want all of us to have fun tonight.
05:14Right?
05:15Yeah.
05:16I mean, I'm not a robot man, you know.
05:18Because we really do all like each other in some way or another.
05:21I think one of the reasons Roslyn and I are misaligned is because it's just really hard for me to identify with women who don't work at all and who I don't think have any substance.
05:33We'll get to like each other more and more and more as time goes by.
05:36Roslyn is like a total farce.
05:38All the poof, you know, and the frosting that she puts on everything, it doesn't pass my sniff test.
05:45Tonight, we're going to have fun.
05:46O-P-E.
05:47Only positive energy.
05:49Okay?
05:50Yeah.
05:56Wait, I love as soon as you get her dancing, she doesn't stop.
05:59I'll dance all night.
06:00You'll just sweep me out with the napkin.
06:02Woo!
06:06Check it!
06:07Hillary!
06:08Hillary!
06:09Woo!
06:11Hello.
06:15We turn the fire on?
06:17I don't know.
06:18Where's the on button?
06:19Okay.
06:20Oh my God.
06:21Well done.
06:22You got this girl, I believe in you.
06:24Okay.
06:25Maybe not.
06:26I hear something happening.
06:29Wait.
06:30No.
06:31We shouldn't fuck with it.
06:33I'll warm you up.
06:34Okay.
06:35Okay, let me just pull myself together here.
06:38So, by the way, I was at Hillary's house a few days ago.
06:42So, she was definitely, like, very thoughtful in the fact that she was wanting to be, like,
06:48a mentor to me and, like, giving me, like, the advice that she thinks that I, like, need.
06:53And I feel like I know, but then I get judged or told, like, oh, you're being too loud or you were dressed inappropriately.
07:03And I'm like...
07:04What did she say?
07:05I wore this, like, really beautiful purple satin outfit to her house and she's like, this version of you I love.
07:11As if, like, all the other versions of me were just, like, unsatisfactory.
07:15People like to compartmentalize.
07:17It makes them comfortable.
07:19They need to know, they need to identify what you are, who you are, and they put you in a compartment and it makes them feel comfortable.
07:24This isn't about you.
07:25This is about their comfort.
07:26It's their problem.
07:27When I first came to Palm Beach, it became evident very quickly that the shit that I throw around living in Philadelphia was not gonna fly in Palm Beach.
07:37So I was willing to conform a little bit because, in exchange, I wanted to grow into certain social circles.
07:46So I knew that I needed to dance Palm Beach style a little bit in order to get into the ball.
07:51It's your intricate, you know, part of yourself that makes you, you.
07:55So Romina is the fresh landing and she has to decide how much she wants to redefine.
08:00What is she sacrificing?
08:01You know, do they have something she wants?
08:03They have something she wants.
08:04She wants in.
08:05She wants status, but it doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice who you truly are.
08:09You have to understand how to stay true to yourself and follow the rules.
08:14I am interested in people who have achieved something in life.
08:18So if there's something I can learn from someone who has been successful in life, I want to learn it.
08:24It was just so awkward.
08:26I mean, overall, I feel like there's so much I can learn from her.
08:31At some point, you're going to become an inspiration and you won't be the new kid on the block and you won't be everybody giving you motherly advice.
08:37You're going to become the mom.
08:38I'm going to be a mom.
08:39I have a mom, by the way.
08:40I have fucking three kids.
08:41I know.
08:42When I walk in the room, everybody scatter like doom, doom, doom.
08:56With a bang and a boom.
08:58A little bit dramatic, but I'm coming for you.
09:00Watch out!
09:02Hi.
09:03Oh, my God.
09:04Oh, I have to get up.
09:05Wow, you look gorgeous.
09:06Oh, wow.
09:07Let me see this gorgeous outfit.
09:08You look beautiful.
09:09I love you.
09:10I love you more.
09:11So nice to see you.
09:12You look fabulous.
09:13I love that.
09:14We got our feathers on.
09:15Yay!
09:16I love it.
09:17The pink.
09:18Oh, you always look so beautiful.
09:19Oh, thank you.
09:20You're so gorgeous.
09:21Oh, I love it.
09:22I love it.
09:23The pink.
09:24Oh, you always look so beautiful.
09:25Oh, thank you.
09:26You're so gorgeous.
09:27Oh, I love it.
09:28I love it.
09:29The pink.
09:31You're so gorgeous.
09:32Oh, you are.
09:33Inside and out.
09:34Oh, thank you, Gail.
09:35I love you so much, sweetheart.
09:36I love you.
09:37I love you.
09:38You are.
09:39Yeah.
09:40You're so sweet.
09:41How do you always get looking better?
09:42Every single day I see you, and it's almost every day I see you.
09:45I know.
09:46You're so sweet.
09:48Gail Brophy is Miss Palm Beach.
09:50She is a fixture in Palm Beach for over 40 years.
09:53She's part of the Old Guard.
09:55She knows everyone.
09:56She is a true icon, and she's just stunning.
10:00I really love Gail.
10:01I have a couple presents for you.
10:03Oh, you're so sweet.
10:05I'm going to start with this.
10:06Okay.
10:07It's very heavy.
10:09But this is the book of legacies of who the real Grand Ams are in Palm Beach.
10:14Oh, my God.
10:15I'm one of the last ones living alive.
10:17Oh, my God.
10:18The legacy.
10:19Oh, my God.
10:20Gail Brophy.
10:21This is incredible.
10:22Wow.
10:23It's all the women that made Palm Beach what it is today.
10:29Wow.
10:30Gail Brophy.
10:31You won the Kentucky Derby and all of the events that you've chaired.
10:35I look up to you.
10:36Oh, thank you.
10:37And I just cherish our friendship.
10:39Everybody knows Gail.
10:41Everybody.
10:42And being under her wings has helped me.
10:47So it is important to have a mentor in Palm Beach because the mentor takes you to the
10:54inner circles where most people don't get to go.
10:58And then you're asked to come to other events.
11:01It definitely raised my social status.
11:04Before I won the Kentucky Derby, MC Hammer kept trying to buy the horse and kept calling
11:08my house phone and saying, Gail, I will offer you $10 million.
11:13I want the horse.
11:14Wow.
11:15I said, MC, you can't touch this.
11:17You better hang up that phone.
11:18Yeah.
11:19So the night when I won the Derby, and if you win that, you get to know the Queen of
11:23England and the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed and just everybody because you won the Derby.
11:28And I won three races that day.
11:30And Mary Lou Whitney, who is a real matriarch, you know, she's just died at 103.
11:35That's why you have to go in the book because they're all dying.
11:38The rowers is now like 94.
11:39Yes.
11:40And I don't know what I'm going to do.
11:42I'm up there now.
11:43And that's why it's your time to take over.
11:47Really?
11:48Yes.
11:49This is for you.
11:51Oh, my God.
11:52Older groups like myself have to pass the baton to the woman who has to take over the island
12:04so I can retire.
12:05Gail was actually passed the baton by the old guard in Palm Beach.
12:12So for Gail to pass me the baton, it means she really wants me to take her place in all
12:18of the charity work that she's been doing for her entire life.
12:21I see you as the next queen, darling.
12:23Oh, thank you so much.
12:24That baton has to be passed to the younger girls.
12:27I am so proud.
12:28Oh, thank you.
12:29You have no idea.
12:30It's a huge honor and it's very, very large shoes to fill.
12:35Not only are you beautiful outside, but you are beautiful inside and out.
12:40Oh, thank you, Gail.
12:41I'm so excited about it.
12:42You're so sweet.
12:44You have to pick and choose, especially in your position right now.
12:48You want to be with the A-list.
12:50Okay.
12:51You need to be with the girls that are real Palm Beach.
12:54Speaking of, there's a new girl here who I'm trying to mentor and help as well.
13:00Her name is Romina and I want to try to help and guide Romina.
13:08We have this fabulous tea plant that I would love to invite you to.
13:13And I have some other fabulous women coming.
13:16Be careful because some of these girls you can try to help.
13:19And then you give your kindness and your heart because I'm like you.
13:23We take strays.
13:24Yes.
13:25And then all of a sudden these strays come back to bite you.
13:28You know what I'm saying?
13:29Yes.
13:30I do actually.
13:32Yeah.
13:33I've got nothing to prove, stuck on you.
13:36A little bit of love, baby, we can't lose.
13:39A new tattoo, stuck on you.
13:42Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
13:46All right.
13:47Well done.
13:52All right.
13:53You're in charge.
13:54I'm giving up full control of this meal to you.
13:58What do we got going on?
13:59Steak.
14:00What's the veggie?
14:01I have some lettuce and I have some haricot fairs.
14:05Ah.
14:06You're such a Francophile.
14:08Why didn't you have the haricot fair cleaned already?
14:10Do you feel like you're a little bossy replete?
14:14You're just cooking them now?
14:16Steaming them, five minutes.
14:19I think I have been bossy with men my whole life and I think they all like it.
14:27Are you cooking?
14:28Steak, son.
14:29Well, should I come out there with you?
14:32Just sit on the chair and be pretty like you always do.
14:38I could not have imagined falling in love with the hotel door man.
14:42Um, but he is an extraordinary person.
14:45He's incredibly intelligent.
14:47And that really turned me on.
14:51We've heard a rumor that he is well endowed.
14:56If he wasn't, I wouldn't have married him.
14:59You know what makes us a good team?
15:00Is that I hate to grocery shop and I hate to cook.
15:03And you love to do it.
15:04There's a lot of stuff I also love to do.
15:07Huh?
15:08But you just don't have enough time for it.
15:13You got a dirty mind.
15:15Dirty mind is just a bad boy.
15:17You're a bad boy.
15:18I didn't need to marry for money.
15:21And first of all, he's Dutch so he's cheap, right?
15:24He doesn't spend any money.
15:25He's a perfect Dutchman.
15:27You know, they're very frugal people.
15:29So he's not out, you know, spending my money.
15:32And so long as he was willing to hold his own and work
15:35and maintain his own personal expenses, you know,
15:38so that I didn't feel sort of like he was capped,
15:41then, you know, it works.
15:43Well, I'm stuffed.
15:45Look what I did for you.
15:47Taja asked me to lunch with Roslyn.
15:51Yeah.
15:52Since we're all hanging out together,
15:53Taja just thinks it would be more fun if Roslyn and I get along.
15:57Yeah.
15:58I agree.
15:59Because of Roslyn's behavior to disparage certain,
16:03you know, people in my friend group,
16:05she was excluded, therefore, from my event,
16:08which I felt I had no choice.
16:10But I'm trying to be mindful of being fair to her.
16:13No, that's an eclair.
16:15You know, did I handle it right?
16:17Is someone else's fight my fight?
16:20It's absolutely not an eclair.
16:21Sorry, I'm eating it with my hands.
16:22For all those reasons, I was torn by the whole thing,
16:26and it really bothered me.
16:28And I wanted to hear her side.
16:33All right, we have to talk about the wedding.
16:35We should only have, like, 50 people.
16:37Mm-hmm.
16:38Maybe even 35.
16:40It's been, like, 30 years since I've had bridesmaids.
16:44And so I asked the girls to be my bridesmaids.
16:48Who?
16:49My girls.
16:50Luke and I set out to get married in Tuscany.
16:54But because it was at the top of a mountain,
16:56three and a half hours from Rome,
16:58so it was 13 people, including ourselves.
17:01So I'm really looking forward to having a Palm Beach celebration.
17:04Okay, well, you're taking white.
17:07They should do yellow.
17:10No.
17:12I know.
17:13They look awful in it.
17:14Oh, you notice in my Louis shoes.
17:22Didn't mean to start you.
17:25Darling, that's the smell of success.
17:28Oh, notice in the way I act.
17:31Can't you really handle that?
17:33It must be the smell of success.
17:38Hi.
17:39You look gorgeous.
17:40I don't know how I'm going to sit, though.
17:42I know.
17:43It's, like, a very weird twist to sit in.
17:46Yes.
17:47I'm also wearing, like, a gown with a bustle in the back and ruffles.
17:50So that's why I didn't get up just now.
17:52I love your jewelry.
17:53It is very high-end costume jewelry.
17:57Oh, I love that.
17:58And then the hat is Koken.
17:59My hat is Amazon.
18:01Yes.
18:02Right.
18:03I could tell.
18:04Like, I could tell.
18:05But Koken in New York, he has made hats for, like, movie stars.
18:10Yeah.
18:11No, it's so pretty.
18:12I'm definitely feeling very unsure about this tea time event
18:17because I really don't know how they're going to react to me
18:21and how they're going to, you know, quote, unquote, mentor me.
18:26Is she going to just be like, girl, you're a mess.
18:28Everything you're doing is wrong.
18:29Is she going to be rude?
18:30Is she going to be mean?
18:31Is she going to be nice?
18:32I have no idea.
18:33My queen.
18:34Oh, you're my queen.
18:36I love you.
18:37I love you so much.
18:39Mwah.
18:40Mwah.
18:41You look.
18:43And the necklace.
18:45And your fascinator.
18:48My Koken.
18:49And your Koken.
18:50Oh, Koken, Koken.
18:51And Marcus.
18:52Koken, Koken.
18:53Marcus.
18:54Look.
18:56We love our Marcus.
18:57We love each other.
18:58This is the Gail Brophy.
18:59Nice to meet you.
19:00The queen of Palm Beach.
19:01I feel like I should come give you a hug.
19:03Go on.
19:04Come over.
19:05She's my inspiration and the reason that I do what I do is because of Gail.
19:09And we have a love affair.
19:10We have a total love affair.
19:11Say hello to Hermina.
19:12Hi.
19:13You are.
19:14But I prefer Hermina to meet you.
19:15I love your dress.
19:16Oh, thank you so much.
19:17Yes, she did good today.
19:18Thank you for making me proud today.
19:19Oh, of course.
19:20I love you.
19:21I'm honored.
19:22I'm always honored to sit next to my new queen.
19:23Oh, you're my queen.
19:24I'm not the queen.
19:25No, I'm the old guard queen.
19:26You are the queen.
19:27I told you you're a queen.
19:28I'm the princess.
19:29I'm the old guard.
19:30She's the queen.
19:31No.
19:32She's the original queen.
19:33She has to be the new queen because I have to pass it towards for a younger person.
19:47I'm older.
19:48I'm falling into the granddad matriarch.
19:51You are a granddad of Palm Beach.
19:54You are the real deal.
19:56The real queen.
19:57Oh, Rosalyn.
19:58Rosalyn, you're so cute.
19:59Rosalyn, you're so amazing.
20:01But also I'm amazing.
20:03And I'm the queen.
20:04And I'm the queen.
20:05And now I want to retire.
20:07So now I have to pass the torch to Rosalyn because I'm the queen of everything.
20:16They're going to hate me.
20:18What was your name again?
20:19I'm so sorry.
20:20Oh, it's Gail Brophy.
20:24I am mortified.
20:26It is very important in Palm Beach society to remember everyone's name.
20:30It shows that you care.
20:32You're interested in them.
20:33You respect them.
20:34If you don't remember people's names, it shows that you really don't care.
20:39She hosted the biggest events in Palm Beach and on the island.
20:44And I'm honored that you have mentored me.
20:47So like what you're doing for me.
20:48Yes.
20:49Yes.
20:50Yes.
20:51You have a great mentor.
20:53I love that.
20:54Hi.
20:55Hi ladies.
20:56Gorgeous.
20:57Everyone looks so beautiful.
20:59Hi Cindy.
21:00Look how spectacular you look.
21:05Always flawless Cheryl.
21:06I love your outfit.
21:08Oh thank you.
21:09We're all so colorful.
21:10It's gorgeous.
21:11I love it.
21:12What are we holding a crown for?
21:13I love the crown.
21:14Oh.
21:15Is this a secret?
21:16Kind of cast out the back.
21:19She's already received the baton from me for sharing all the events.
21:23We have a Queen Gail of Palm Beach over here.
21:27You did that for me.
21:28I did.
21:29Can we put it on your handset?
21:31Queen of Palm Beach.
21:32Yes.
21:33The official.
21:34The original.
21:35The OG.
21:36I love that.
21:38Yes.
21:39Sorry.
21:40Was that too loud?
21:41Mm-hmm.
21:42Because Rosalyn was saying that, I don't know which one of you, but one of you was saying
21:46that I was being loud on Mar-a-Lago.
21:48Which is.
21:49We were.
21:52One thing you can't be at a private club is loud.
21:55It's hard because it's just my voice.
21:56You have to regulate.
21:57My voice.
21:58I can't be.
21:59You can't be.
22:00You just have to know the time and the place where you can be loud or not.
22:03And I'll just tell you that Cheryl said you were too loud there.
22:07In the bathroom.
22:08Yes.
22:09Yeah.
22:10I just heard you in the bathroom.
22:11I was in the bathroom and she had her crew.
22:13You know, it makes the wrong impression if someone hears something very loud, they turn
22:16around and it's like, it's just how it is.
22:19Yeah.
22:20I don't want anybody to have a reason to say anything to me.
22:25Ever.
22:26I don't think that they're trying to completely change me per se, but they are trying to change
22:32certain qualities that make me who I am.
22:35Loud is something I've always been.
22:37You just have to be like so narrow there.
22:38So narrow.
22:39I received advice and I took it.
22:40Use your indoor voice.
22:41Behind the back.
22:42Trying to change that and talk quieter and into this, you know, appropriate tone of voice
22:53isn't exactly the easiest thing for me.
22:55I ask everyone to raise your glasses a second.
22:58I would like to make a toast to Rosalyn.
23:00I was so happy to pass the torch to you for my new queen on the island.
23:06Aw.
23:07It was.
23:08Rosalyn is the new queen of Palm Beach.
23:11Okay.
23:12Hillary thinks she's the queen of Palm Beach.
23:14So what is she going to say when she finds out Gail handed the baton to Rosalyn?
23:19Mirror, mirror on the wall.
23:21We need a phone.
23:22The fairest of them all.
23:24You are Rosalyn.
23:27You're so funny.
23:28Can I be the princess of Palm Beach?
23:30Where's my baton?
23:32And I'm giving her my whole Rolodex.
23:35Here's to the Rolodex.
23:37Here's to the secrets behind the Rolodex that I have.
23:40Can you guys teach me everything?
23:42I want to know it all.
23:43Yeah.
23:44Gail's mentors were the real Palm Royale.
23:47And she was given the Rolodex.
23:50Although now everyone is dead.
23:53Who is in the Rolodex?
23:55It's not easy to put together Rolodex like that.
23:58It's called 40 years of running everything in Palm Beach.
24:01Maybe one day you're going to pass the torch to me.
24:10Can we play a game just because I don't know anyone?
24:13Can we all...
24:14Can you all tell me like a little bit about yourself so that I can,
24:17you know, know who you are and what you've done and where you're from?
24:21I was a third woman trader on Wall Street.
24:25Then I won the Kentucky Derby in 1991 with Strike the Gold.
24:29I have resorts, 1200 acres in the Catskills that they now found natural gas and lithium on.
24:34Yay.
24:35Congratulations.
24:36Yeah.
24:37But we're all still going up and we're going to have a party and bring your friends.
24:40I can't wait.
24:41I was born and raised in Manhattan.
24:43I came down here to Snowbird about six years ago.
24:47And then COVID occurred and I said I'm not going back there.
24:51And yeah, I've been here ever since.
24:53I feel like COVID was like a blessing for many people.
25:00Even though it was a weird time, it also like shifted things.
25:04Too many people died, honey.
25:06Wasn't a good time.
25:08Wasn't a good time.
25:09You were lucky.
25:10Not everybody was lucky.
25:11I lost a lot of people in COVID.
25:13Oh, no.
25:15Please stop talking.
25:17So is it my turn?
25:19So I have three kids.
25:21I have three boys.
25:22But I have three nannies.
25:23I'm an entrepreneur.
25:24I have multiple businesses.
25:27I had a home care agency with my brother.
25:30And then we sold it.
25:31I got into interior design.
25:33But that's not like my main passion.
25:35I've always just wanted to be a singer and a fashion designer.
25:38I have a lot of music and I sing in English and Russian.
25:42And all my English songs I wrote.
25:44You'll just be handed the mic and sing when you're at Mar-a-Lago next time.
25:48That's right.
25:49You can sing the anthem for me.
25:50I would love that.
25:51And you don't even need the mic.
25:53I probably don't.
25:57I probably don't.
26:13You want to do something funny for Instagram?
26:16Usually when I show up all the guys run really fast away from me.
26:19But so far I don't see anybody so maybe they're at lunch.
26:23Oh, there are the boys.
26:25How you doing?
26:26How you doing?
26:27Hello.
26:28I get hugs.
26:29How are you?
26:30I started building homes in 1998.
26:32So nobody that knows me would ever call me a gold digger.
26:36I moved to Palm Beach because I was getting a divorce.
26:39And I had to start my life all over again with money that I had made on real estate developing on Nantucket Island.
26:48Are you really flying a drone in this building?
26:51Honey?
26:52Honey?
26:53Honey?
26:54He's like a two year old.
26:55Can I play with your toys?
26:56You can play with my toys later.
26:57We need a wet bar.
26:58I mean, we can't sell a $36 million house without a wet bar.
27:12This house is going to be the most premier, exclusive, elegant house in West Palm Beach on the water.
27:20Architecturally, it's outstanding.
27:22I don't think I've seen a house as pretty in the contemporary category.
27:27The price of the house is $36,500,000.
27:31Going upstairs, you have your hidden door here.
27:33This is, it's locking, right?
27:35Well, there's no reason to get this from Italy then.
27:38If it's just going to be hidden behind this door already, this doesn't have to be the nice door.
27:44Right.
27:45I don't skimp on anything.
27:46Not like that.
27:47Understood.
27:48My brand is, I build houses I would want to live in myself.
27:51I paid $7 million for the lot.
27:54Then I've paid for the demolition, for the architecture.
27:57And every day the budget keeps going up.
27:59If it doesn't sell, I would have to sell assets.
28:02And one of them might be selling my own house.
28:05So the stakes are really high.
28:06I'm here to check out the precision porta potty.
28:13All right.
28:14Okay.
28:18Oh my God.
28:22I'm gagging.
28:23Gonna die.
28:24I just really need my own bathroom.
28:48I'm in my pajamas.
28:49Come on.
28:50I love the feathers.
28:52So fun.
28:54So, I guess Hillary will be here any minute.
28:57Oh.
28:58Oh.
28:59Oh.
29:00Oh.
29:01Oh.
29:02Oh.
29:03Oh.
29:04Oh.
29:05Oh.
29:06Oh.
29:07Oh.
29:08Oh.
29:09Oh.
29:10Oh.
29:11Oh.
29:12Oh.
29:13Oh.
29:14Oh.
29:15Oh.
29:16Oh.
29:17Oh.
29:18Oh boy.
29:19It's nice out today, huh?
29:20A beautiful day.
29:21Yeah.
29:22So nice.
29:23Nice.
29:24Is she coming or what?
29:29Is she going to come or did she have second thoughts?
29:34Mm-hmm.
29:35I wonder if we should go ahead and order.
29:36Maybe we should.
29:37We're going to share everything.
29:38Absolutely.
29:39See.
29:40You ladies enjoy, okay?
29:42You're very welcome.
29:43I thought it was very rude when Hillary was late for our little sit down to try to move
29:50past our differences.
29:51And it kind of showed that she really didn't care about our meeting.
29:52And it's just extremely frustrating.
29:53We're all adults here.
29:54Let's act like adults.
29:56Here's Hillary.
29:57All right.
29:58All right.
29:59Hey, guys.
30:00Hi.
30:01Hillary Musser from The Hood pulls up and got out of the car with her gangster tracksuit,
30:18her hat and her sunglasses and her handprints.
30:22She came with the energy of, like, like she wanted to fight.
30:26And poor Rosalyn was, like, shaking under the table.
30:29We got started without you.
30:31We ordered for the table, though, but you can order whatever you want, right?
30:34I am here for cappuccino.
30:36Do you have stevia?
30:37I do.
30:38Because, like, I don't like truvia.
30:39I wouldn't know the difference.
30:41They do taste different.
30:43So, you know, I kind of feel a little responsible because I'm the connection kind of bit.
30:50Like, I did introduce you guys at first.
30:52And you don't have to be besties.
30:55But I just wanted to get back to some, a positive place for not having her, you know, at the party.
31:01And when you see each other, have good interactions.
31:05Yeah.
31:06Well, from my perspective, I've been incredibly nice to you.
31:10And I really wanted to speak to you about the issue of my having certain people at my event
31:19that I could not put you in the room with for reasons that concern you and them,
31:24that I had nothing to do with, that I was not there.
31:26What I do know is I can't put you in the same room with those people at my home.
31:30You didn't tell me you were having a party.
31:32I told you I was having a couple of events that I was going to be unable to invite you to.
31:38100% I said that.
31:39I don't remember that.
31:40Yeah.
31:41Because you don't really listen.
31:42It's okay.
31:43Roslyn.
31:44Stop playing victim.
31:47Right?
31:48Because, look, she has to take some responsibility.
31:51If there's so many people that she's really pissed off, she has to own that.
31:57But she wasn't being authentic with me.
31:59So I came in hot to that lunch.
32:02She told me that she felt bad that she wasn't able to include you.
32:05That was not nice.
32:07Hillary and I are very, very different.
32:11It starts from when Hillary was 29 and married a man 35 years older than herself.
32:17I married my husband for love and passion, not dollar signs and money.
32:22So, look, it's obvious to both of us that we're very different people.
32:27We will see each other on a fairly consistent basis.
32:31I don't think we're ever going to have a sleepover.
32:33I don't think we're ever going to be best friends.
32:37I have zero interest in participating in any drama whatsoever.
32:46I don't want drama.
32:50My plan is to be, you know, civil with Roslyn at all events.
32:56But that doesn't mean that I really trust her.
32:5820 years I've been here, I've never had an issue like this.
33:01So I'd like not to have another one.
33:04Right.
33:05And I would really like you to judge me off of me and not rumors, gossips and lies.
33:36We'll see you next time.
34:05.
34:35.
35:05.
35:07.
35:09.
35:11.
35:13.
35:15.
35:17.
35:19.
35:21.
35:23.
35:25.
35:27.
35:29.
