01:09kasama ang pagpapalakas ng zero balance billing sa DOI's hospitals at piling LGUs.
01:16Ilang ahensya naman na nakinabang sa realignment ng pondo ng Department of Public Works and Highways o DPWH.
01:22Kabilang ang sa PhilHealth na tumaas sa 129.78 billion pesos dahil sa mahigit 16 billion peso na realignment mula sa DPWH.
01:33Nasa 39.8 billion pesos naman ang pondo ng NDRRMC na nadagdagan ng 4.2 billion peso realignment mula rin sa DPWH.
01:42Pinakamataas din sa loob ng mahigit isang dekada ang 214.39 billion peso na pondo ng agrikultura.
01:50Kaya ang pondo na ito, direct na raw mararamdaman ng taong bayan.
01:54Pero kailangan pa rin magbantay kung paano nagagastos ang budget.
