00:15:26So, I'm Mel and I'm going to be attempting to dance.
00:15:34I used to be in a band in the 90s called All Saints.
00:15:38It was amazing being with my best mates travelling the world,
00:15:42but the dancing was a lot of plodding around.
00:15:45There was a lot of shoulder bopping back in those days.
00:15:47I don't think there's going to be any comparison to dancing on Strictly.
00:15:52I've always been nervous when I sang,
00:15:54so this is going to be, like, times a million.
00:15:56Are you doing a series?
00:15:58I am at the point in my life where I know
00:16:00that I need to challenge myself.
00:16:02I mean, you know, it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
00:16:04I'm just going to give it my best.
