00:30:06yeah so yeah so in prison in America okay they want to rehabilitate people come into crime okay so there's in some maybe not all prisons but some prisons have this vocational
00:30:29vocational rehabilitation program so that they learn job skill in prison so that
00:30:38after they serve their sentence so that they can get a job
00:30:50so that they don't have to steal anymore
00:30:55so that they can work so that they can work after they get out of prison okay
00:31:12because otherwise they get out of prison they commit crime again and they come back to prison
00:31:16recidivism okay that's what it's called okay and they don't want that okay yeah so
00:31:25so yeah okay and in America and in America on average it's like 20% success

00:31:37like 20% of prisoners after they get out of prison they don't come back to prison anymore
