00:09:52standard of physical training, okay, so, and, uh, I may be able to pass it, okay, even a month,

00:10:03I was short in two minutes in 1.5 mile run, and so I did run 1.5 miles a couple days ago,

00:10:14and earlier today, my lower back was sore, now, I'm fine, no pain whatsoever, okay,

00:10:21the stress really helped, okay, yeah, uh, I appreciate police officers, okay, and, uh,

00:10:34Alaska State Troopers, FBI, Washington Police Department, I appreciate all of them, okay, they're great, okay,

00:10:41okay, and they're in great shape, the physical training that I do, amazing, it's very hard for me,

00:10:50at this age of 47, it's very difficult to catch up with them, to be honest, yeah,

00:11:04especially the running part, which used to be my strongest point, when I was in the army,

00:11:15at the age of 31, I was not that young, but, yeah, running is my thing, when I was in elementary school

00:11:22in South South Korea, 1980s, yeah, I was top of the class, when it comes to running,

00:11:27both short distance, sprinting, and long distance, running too, okay, yeah,

00:11:38but now that I'm 47, I can run, but, not as fast, okay, yeah,

00:17:21but some of secular people still appreciate other religions diversity freedom of religion okay

00:17:31yeah so i'm kind of like that but but human is my personal religion yeah uh so i'm not exactly

00:17:38secular because in humanology as a religion we embrace both secularity and religiously okay yeah

00:17:45and i appreciate of our talent contribution friends fantastic but my recommendation

00:17:56create your own brand and make it all about you okay and uh okay what our time contribution friends for
