00:53immediately into cold storage, to protect their texture and color. From there, we enter
00:59the factory through intake, sorting, ozone washing, sanitizing, and fast drying. We see
01:05how the berries travel into IQF blast freezers, becoming individually quick frozen. We follow
01:12a second path, where fresh berries are turned into ruby, red puree, jam, gel toppings, and
01:18dessert components. Finally, everything moves through packaging, palletizing, and cold storage,
01:26ready for bakeries, beverage makers, and home kitchens around the world. This is the complete
01:33raspberry process, from field to dessert.
