Libyan military chief killed in plane crash after takeoff from Ankara

General Mohammed Ali Ahmed al-Haddad, military chief of Libya's UN-recognised government in Tripoli, died with seven others when the plane crashed near the Turkish capital Ankara.

00:01Libya's military chief of staff died in a plane crash after take-off from Ankara on Tuesday.
