00:0020 Turkish military personnel traveling on a Turkish C-130 cargo plane have died in a plane crash in Georgia, the Turkish government said on Tuesday.
00:13The plane had taken off from Azerbaijan and was on its way to Turkey when it crashed, Turkey's defense ministry said on X.
00:21According to officials, a search and rescue operation has been launched in coordination with Azerbaijani and Georgian authorities.
00:30Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he was deeply saddened and expressed his condolences for those killed in the crash.
00:40Meanwhile, Azerbaijan's President Inham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Erdogan over the incident, the C-130E Hercules.
