00:02These Thai Chicken Skewers are about to become your new secret weapon for looking like a grilling genius without breaking a sweat.
00:10This recipe features two key components.
00:12A vibrant mango sauce made with one cup diced ripe mango,
00:16two minced garlic cloves,
00:17half cup coconut milk,
00:19one tablespoon light brown sugar,
00:21one tablespoon red curry paste,
00:23two tablespoons lime juice,
00:25and salt and pepper to taste.
00:26Paired with Thai Chicken Skewers marinated in a rich blend of one-half cup coconut milk,
