00:01They were once just upgraded caravans,
00:04useful for a simple and cheap family holiday.
00:09But today's motorhomes are anything but ordinary.
00:12Come on inside.
00:14They've evolved into jaw-dropping palaces on wheels.
00:18It's even better than my house.
00:20Bigger, smarter and more luxurious than ever,
00:24with bespoke interiors, cutting-edge innovation.
00:27A small car fits in your motorhome.
00:29And price tags that rival supercars and private jets.
00:34Our product is between 2 million U.S. and 5 million U.S., I will say.
00:38Wow, we really like it.
00:41We work more than a year.
00:42All the specs, the design, the features.
00:45Today's ultra-high-end motorhomes
00:47are redefining luxury living on the move.
00:50We have the same manufacturer of beds
00:53that is used by the Queen of England.
00:55We actually have more TVs in our motorhome now
00:57than we did in our house.
00:58That's true.
00:59Where world-class engineering meets extravagance,
01:03offering palatial opulence wherever the road leads.
01:07If price is not an object,
01:08we can craft the motorcoach of your dreams.
01:10For those who want to truly stand out from the crowd,
01:21there's one motorhome that is so striking in its design.
01:25It's almost a work of art.
01:30And with only five of these vehicles in existence,
01:33it's sure to turn heads.
01:35Welcome aboard on our Marquis Mobile Element.
01:39We are driving today here in Dortmund.
01:41The Element is the flagship ultra-luxury motorhome
01:45from Germany's Marquis Mobile.
01:47It's very special to drive an element
01:50because you are sitting very high
01:52and you see a lot through the windows.
01:55And of course, driving the vehicle,
01:57people always see you.
01:59You know this are these reactions.
02:04If you drive this car, you have to wait a few minutes
02:10and you see reactions like this, really.
02:15The first reaction is always the same.
02:17It's just, wow.
02:19People are amazed.
02:20They're standing.
02:21Mouths are open.
02:23Police pick me out on the highway
02:25to stop me just to get a look inside into the cabin.
02:31People are blocking streets, taking pictures.
02:34It's always just, wow.
02:36You can sleep and everything is there.
02:38You have a bathroom in it.
02:39You have a kitchen in it.
02:40And if you want, you can sleep in it, yes.
02:42Oh, okay.
02:43That's really awesome.
02:44The shape is really unique.
02:46Yeah, the design is very unique, yeah.
02:49Marquis is the brainchild of Dortmund-based couple
02:52Mario and Julian.
02:56Specializing in bespoke one-off futuristic vehicles,
02:59they cater to ultra-wealthy clients and celebrities
03:03and push the boundaries of motorhome design
03:06into the realms of science fiction.
03:09All right.
03:10There you go.
03:11There is the big boss.
03:12Mario's arriving.
03:13Hi.
03:18Austrian-born Mario has a love of four-wheeled luxury.
03:23It's always a tad late, as you can see.
03:25Hi.
03:26Hi.
03:27Hi.
03:28How are you?
03:29How was the ride?
03:30Good.
03:32Mario's love of cars began when he was young.
03:35After training to be a mechanic and customizing vehicles,
03:40he set up his own company producing four-wheeled luxury.
03:45And with the help of his wife, Julian, they now create ground-breaking designs.
03:52So Mario would always be the driving force, the engine,
03:55the one with the crazy ideas.
03:57And then I will make sure things get done and put things in order
04:00and create the project around it
04:02and make sure that whatever his crazy idea was gets put into life.
04:06All of our trucks are recognizable immediately with the same aerodynamic shape and design.
04:14That's our signature.
04:16Many of Marquis' creations have been inspired by the late German industrial designer Luigi Colani.
04:23Mario and Julian bought the copyright of his vehicle concepts,
04:28created additional luxury elements and made them a reality.
04:32We got more and more focused on the luxury design.
04:38And finally I decided to build a mobile mansion on wheels.
04:48One of Luigi's concepts inspired the element,
04:51believed to be the most luxurious motorhome on the road.
04:55And bespoke additions have been sold to super wealthy clients for over 2 million pounds.
05:03We are having a two-room extension to enlarge the interior of the mobile living room.
05:11At the touch of a button, the motorhome extends out to double the width of the vehicle,
05:17to almost 5 meters, enabling its lucky owners to enjoy 732 square feet of sumptuous interior space.
05:26In London's upmarket Knightsbridge, a luxury flat of this size could set you back a cool 12 million pounds.
05:35It took months, many months, to create this floor plan.
05:40And the bedroom, which includes a 30,000 pound bed, comes with the royal seal of approval.
05:46We have the same manufacturer of beds that is used by the Queen of England.
05:52So, I think that's quite something.
05:55The first time as I saw this design, I was completely overwhelmed.
06:00It's so unique, it's so outstanding.
06:03It immediately catches your attention within seconds, no matter if you like it or not, you know.
06:13Arguably the world's most futuristic motorhome,
06:16the vehicle has been created with high-performance carbon fiber materials
06:20and a cockpit that features aviation-style control systems along with ultra-luxurious upholstery.
06:29But it's the panoramic helicopter-like windshield which really catches the attention.
06:35It's a very futuristic design with a fully-clased cabin.
06:40You have a perfect view all over.
06:44We spend years, a lot of money, to make it really happen.
06:51And a windscreen with such an innovative design doesn't come cheap.
06:56The glazing of the cabin turns out to 50,000 euros.
07:02It's very expensive.
07:04There are only a few suppliers on the market worldwide who are able to produce it for us.
07:11If the cockpit design is impressive, some of the features of the motorhome take ultra-luxury living to new limits.
07:21Like the extraordinary walled-in roof deck, which costs a cool quarter of a million pounds
07:27and is known as the Sky Lounge.
07:30From the outside, you would see that you have a roof terrace that automatically lifts up.
07:36You just simply push a button and it slides out.
07:39Same technology as you would find in a superyacht, but on wheels.
07:45There are only five bespoke Element motorhomes in existence.
07:49This one at Mario and Julian's headquarters in Dortmund is currently used as an office by the husband and wife team.
07:58The high-spec cockpit provides one of the most luxurious driving seats.
08:03So we are now in the cabin of the Element vehicle.
08:07As you can see, very spacious, very futuristic.
08:12The cockpit features premium leather seat coverings provided by some of Europe's finest high-end suppliers and costs 7,000 pounds per seat.
08:22You have a fantastic view in all directions and angles.
08:27It's also very safe because the driver is sitting much higher compared to a standard truck.
08:34Always looking to push the boundaries of style and innovation, Julian and Mario are focused on improvements to future additions of the vehicle.
08:43We're looking in every little corner.
08:44We do multiple test drives and security checks and anything you can imagine to make sure that everything is just as perfect as we've promised to the client.
08:56But Julian and Mario have been working on a highly ambitious new creation that's set to change the face of motorhomes forever.
09:13The world of luxury motorhomes doesn't just appeal to those seeking traffic stopping designs.
09:18For some, it's about crafting a bespoke creation, perfectly tailored to their discerning tastes and ultra-luxury lifestyle.
09:30Like the billionaire businessman and star of the French-Canadian Dragon's Den, Luc Poirier and his wife Isabelle.
09:38They own a huge collection of high-end luxury sports cars and are now looking for a motorhome to match.
09:46I bought almost every model of Ferrari since 1962.
09:52I started the collection because I have time, I have money and I say, why not?
09:58Well, why not indeed?
10:00The value right now is about 90 million around.
10:04After my wife is the best thing in the world, car, supercar.
10:08Wife and kids.
10:10We have a pretty nice car collection, but now we ordered a pretty nice coach.
10:19We work more than a year, all the specs, the design, the features, so we're really excited about that.
10:25Isabelle and Luc are after a dream £1.8 million motorhome for family road trips
10:31and have hired one of North America's leading luxury motorhome makers to help them create it.
10:41The Quebec-based Prevost have over 100 years of motorhome manufacturing experience and a raft of high-profile celebrity clients.
10:49The likes of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, A-list pop stars Lady Gaga, Olivia Rodrigo and Foo Fighters have all toured in their vehicles, which can sell for up to £3 million.
11:02There's a lot of craftsmanship that goes in building those products, from the structure all the way to the finished product.
11:12For Luc and Isabelle's bespoke motorhome, Prevost have created an ultra-strong chassis that will be the shell of the luxury vehicle.
11:22Right now we are in the frame welding department, which is the birth of the most luxurious motorhome in the world.
11:30It takes more than 28 days to build those units. It starts actually with stainless steel tubes.
11:38So we have the best welders basically building the first part of that journey, which is building the overall chassis of the motorhome.
11:47The motorhome's engine comes from Prevost's sister company, Volvo, and provides 500 horsepower.
11:53We are in the engine sub-assembly area. So we received the Volvo D13 engine. The engine itself is around US$40,000.
12:06That's the price of a normal car, but in our vehicle it's just the engine.
12:09Once the shell is complete, the vehicles are handed over to partner firms such as Loki Coach, who will bring to life the most luxurious interiors imaginable.
12:22Chief Creative Officer Kevin is tasked with ensuring that the luxury motorhome has the highest quality finish.
12:32So this is a blank canvas Prevost shell and this is the way that we get them from the factory.
12:37And this is basically, they're all shipped to us like this. And this is where we start the transformation process.
12:46Our Loki Coach is luxury at every level. For us, the idea was to do it with no compromise.
12:53Design-wise, we're kind of in our mind designing like a supercar.
13:04You know, the whole range for our product basically is between 2 million US and 5 million US, I will say.
13:12Every motorhome is unique and the interiors are created bespoke for super wealthy clients.
13:18They work with designers to choose every last detail of the fit-out, from specially designed flooring to handcrafted countertops that can set you back hundreds of thousands of pounds.
13:32This is a small example of the finishings that we can customize.
13:37You know, we'll start with the flooring and the walls.
13:40We'll custom develop any color of wood to go for the interior of the coach.
13:45The customer we have, what they all have in common is that they're really precise about, you know, specific requests.
13:52Some of the customers, money is no object.
13:56If you want to have something that's completely exclusive, we've had a customer that picked a stone that's from Italy from a specific quarry.
14:05And it's almost the art piece of his coach.
14:07We can build anything that you want and if you're looking for exotic materials and price is not an object, then essentially we can craft the motor coach of your dreams.
14:19For Isabel and Luke's motorhome, Kevin needs to ensure that not only are the couple happy with the design, but also their staff.
14:27This outdoor kitchen is for the use of Luke's chef. Luke specifically asked that we get his input because he's going to be cooking for them at different places that they go.
14:36So here at the front, we have a plancha, which is a gas stove. We also have the induction cooktop.
14:45One of the things that was really required for his chef was that he likes to entertain and kind of make a show when he's cooking.
14:53So on the other side, we've integrated full collapsible bar area.
14:58So essentially he can talk to Luke and his wife while he's cooking.
15:04Luke is a huge car guy. One of the things that he's a big fan of is the carbon fiber finish.
15:10And so that was one of the customizations that we did for this coach.
15:13You can see here at the entrance, we made this out of carbon fiber and different pieces along the dashboard as well.
15:20So just the carbon fiber integration was a 25k upgrade. It's a lot of money, but it's tailored to what he wanted.
15:31And this attention to detail extends to the color scheme, which has been carefully selected to complement Luke's other luxury acquisitions.
15:40For Luke's build in particular, the paint scheme we had match his new jet. And that's something that people like to do color match their their their fleets.
15:56In Dortmund, Germany, Julian and Mario, who are known for creating some of the most eye catching futuristic motorhomes in the world.
16:04Hi Christian. Hi. Hi. Hi.
16:09Have come up with their most innovative and out of this world design yet.
16:15The rolling rocket transporter.
16:19Well, the rocket is really one of our favorite projects in the past years. Definitely it is.
16:26It's a one time piece. It's a state of the art. It's absolutely unique.
16:30The rocket is being commissioned by an uber wealthy client in America and comes with a price tag of over six million pounds.
16:41It looks truly like a space rocket. And our customer comes from California and he was brave enough to take a concept study that was done to show the most unique and extreme form a truck can have.
16:55My favorite on the vehicle is definitely the front end. It really looks like almost a Concorde plane.
17:06It does. And if you sit inside, you believe you're not on earth anymore. Definitely.
17:11The client has requested that once the design is complete, it should have room for more than just luxury living.
17:20The client is a huge car collection and his plan is actually to park his supercars in the rear and then be driving around all over the United States to some car shows and exhibit the cars and have a VIP room where you see the round windows to host his friends and family.
17:29And then he will be driving in the cockpit. So it's a handmade prototype. It will become a high-end interior build-out made out of wood.
17:503D organic formed mineral coated furniture. Once complete, the rocket will be furnished with space-age super luxury interiors.
18:10But first, Mario needs to ensure the navigation is working.
18:17We have our steel-by-wire technology. With this joystick, I'm able to control the vehicle's directions.
18:24It's actually completely impossible to install a steering wheel because the drive wagon is completely disconnected from our cockpit.
18:33It's literally like flying a plane, or even better, flying a rocket.
18:40Before liftoff, Mario wants to test if the steering system is in working order.
18:46So I will turn on our rocket truck.
18:56I'm ready.
18:57I'm ready.
19:15That is cool.
19:18See the excitement in his face? He really is like a little boy in just a big man's clothing, right?
19:23Soon we will be on the test track. That is lovely.
19:28But the rocket won't be ready for delivery until Mario and Julianne are completely satisfied.
19:35Luxury really is all about attention to detail. Nothing beats attention to detail.
19:40For some, a motorhome is a showpiece for the occasional road trip.
19:51But for others, the desire to escape the everyday without sacrificing the comforts of home has redefined what luxury living can truly mean.
20:00One American couple loved motorhoming so much, they sold their mansion and made it a permanent lifestyle.
20:11We used to have a home that we lived in.
20:15It was a beautiful house. It was new construction. It was in the heart of downtown where we lived in North Carolina.
20:20But we were just not sold on the fact that, like, we were stationary. We couldn't really go anywhere and the house was starting to feel like more of a burden to us.
20:29We bought an RV and we found that we were traveling all over the place in this RV, but we still had a home.
20:34So we were bouncing back and forth and trying to manage two properties effectively.
20:37And ultimately, I think one day Hillary looked at me and said, why do we have the house? Let's just live in the RV full time.
20:44So that's where we got started.
20:46So after giving up their careers at a healthcare tech company where they met, Hillary and Chris sold their £900,000 home and swapped it for a luxury £1 million motorhome from premium vehicle brand American Coach.
21:00The motorhomes are renowned for their craftsmanship and style and come with custom designed floor plans, high end amenities and slide outs, which double the living space.
21:15It's a unique and luxurious way to experience life on the road.
21:20This is a 2026 American Coach Eagle.
21:23In the cab, one of the things that we really love is just how high tech everything is.
21:30We have these two captain seats, which are really comfortable for driving.
21:34We have this huge screen here, which has cameras on the right.
21:38And then we also have a GPS and navigation system here on the left.
21:42One of my favorite features is that they also have built in massagers.
21:48So this is a luxury that everybody needs when on the road.
21:50When you've been sitting for a really long time, you can just kick this on and it starts to massage you while driving.
21:56Moving into the living space of our motorhome.
22:00This was one of the things that we wanted to keep in mind when we custom designed this with having a big open living space.
22:06So we have about 400 square feet with the slides extended here.
22:10And on this side, we have theater seating that is so comfortable.
22:15We usually hang out here, watch TV, watch movies.
22:16It was really important for us to create a bespoke motorhome.
22:21We have been touring RVs for four and a half years now.
22:25We never felt like we found one that was just perfect for what we wanted.
22:30The kitchen, living area and bathroom all feature Cambria Quartz, which cost a total of £13,000.
22:38And helps create an elegant uniformity throughout the vehicle.
22:43On this side, we have an electric fireplace that really helps to set the mood and also helps provide warmth on cold nights while we're out camping or glamping as I like to say.
22:54This L-shaped kitchen, which has got a large sink on this side.
22:59Over here is the main cooking and workstation.
23:02And we've got a microwave and convection oven combo here.
23:06A two burner induction cooktop.
23:08We've got tons of space for all of our pots and pans and silverware and different things like that.
23:12I think we were just so amazed by the freedom and the exploration that we have.
23:18But we also didn't want to give up on any of the luxury comforts of home.
23:23The high-end finish and detailing extends to the sleeping quarters.
23:28We have a king-size memory foam mattress, which is so comfortable.
23:33And the greatest thing about this is that our bed never changes, no matter the location.
23:37But we have so many luxury amenities in this motorhome.
23:39We have heated floors throughout.
23:42We have a large glass shower with unlimited hot water, which is pretty amazing.
23:47Four TVs, better 45 inches or more, and Starlink to connect them all to the internet at all times.
23:53Yeah, we actually have more TVs in our motorhome now than we did in our 2,000-square-foot house.
23:57That's true.
23:59But it's not just the luxuries that have to be spot on.
24:02We've got a stackable washer and dryer here, and this is a must for us living on the road.
24:05That way we can do laundry right here in the RV, and we don't have to go to a laundromat.
24:10And it doesn't end there.
24:12Hilary and Chris have now become part of a super-exclusive club where, along with other wealthy motorhome owners, they can live the luxury life away from the road.
24:22It's like living in a country club for motor coach owners.
24:28French-Canadian billionaires, Luke and Isabel, own a fleet of expensive cars.
24:41And they're about to set eyes on their latest acquisition.
24:48Oh!
24:49A bespoke luxury 1.8 million pound dream motorhome.
24:55That's big, huh?
24:56Already look very nice.
24:58Yeah!
25:02The color is amazing.
25:03That touch of red, it's really nice, I love it.
25:08Wow.
25:10It's huge!
25:13Nice color!
25:14It's bigger than I thought.
25:16The interiors have been designed by motorhome specialists' low-key coach.
25:21Hey guys, welcome.
25:22Whose chief creative officer, Kevin, is on hand to personally deliver the vehicle.
25:27Exciting!
25:28It is, thank you.
25:30Wow.
25:31It's incredible, eh?
25:32Can't wait to show it to you.
25:36Carbon, wow.
25:37Wow.
25:38Yeah.
25:39Wow, the carbon is incredible.
25:40Yeah.
25:41I really like that.
25:42It's like a sporty coach.
25:43But look, even the dash.
25:45That's really pretty.
25:47Wow.
25:51The design incorporates heated floors, advanced air conditioning, and high-grade insulation
25:58to ensure that the vehicle can be used all year round.
26:03And for an added taste of luxury, the upholstery has been handcrafted with white Italian leather.
26:13Perfect color, eh?
26:15Exactly like we wanted it.
26:17Wow, welcome home.
26:18Wow.
26:20Wow.
26:21We really like it.
26:24For the kitchen, bespoke quartz countertops have been created, along with a high-grade UV water purification system.
26:33One of the things that we added was the induction cooktop here is actually built in underneath and you cook directly on your countertop.
26:41And your controls for this are integrated here.
26:44I want that at home now.
26:45I need that at home now.
26:46I like everything inside, but honestly, I think the kitchen is really well done.
26:54And there's a lot of features that I didn't remember that we chose to see it like that.
26:59It's crazy.
27:01And then here's for the kids.
27:02Oh, wow.
27:03Okay.
27:04Bunk area.
27:05The children's sleeping quarters feature hand-stitched alcantara, a material known for its tactile, suede-like texture and durability.
27:14The kids will love that.
27:15It's really nice.
27:16It's like their little private space.
27:19That's perfect.
27:22In the double bedroom.
27:24Oh, wow.
27:25That's nice.
27:27Kevin and his team have incorporated plenty of room for Luke and Isabel's designer clothing.
27:32Got a ton of storage space to bring stuff on the road with you.
27:36So that's, I think you guys are going to like that.
27:39It's always a lot of stuff.
27:40He's worse than me.
27:42I do, but he's worse.
27:47By maximizing the space on board, Kevin's team have found room for a king-size bed and a cinema experience with surround sound, soundproofing and a 4K projector.
27:59The request to put in the projector.
28:02It's a huge screen.
28:03You guys are going to have a blast here.
28:07Okay.
28:08Cool.
28:11Wow.
28:13Champagne.
28:14Champagne, popcorn.
28:16We're just champagne.
28:18Wow.
28:19With all the big screen everywhere, I have a lot of place to watch F1, football and every my sports events.
28:29That's cool.
28:34Luke's latest acquisition won't be stationary for long.
28:38He and Isabel are planning an epic road trip.
28:41That's cool.
28:42We're supposed to go in around one month across Canada.
28:48We're going to be on the road for a long, long time and we're going to visit all the Rockies and Vancouver, North Vancouver, almost Alaska.
28:59It will be a great time with my friends and my family. It's going to be fun.
29:04We've been working so hard to make it perfect and to see it happening.
29:13They delivered perfectly.
29:15It's better than what we thought.
29:18You choose.
29:19Well, congrats.
29:22Most of us think of motorhomes as a way to holiday on the road, but for others, they're an essential part of everyday life.
29:35From pop stars unwinding after a performance to elite athletes chasing every possible edge, the motorhome has become a mobile sanctuary and a tool for peak performance.
29:53Meet the rising star of Formula One.
29:58So here we are.
30:00Shoes off at the door, please.
30:03Try to keep the grass out of here.
30:06And come on inside.
30:08The vehicle has been lent to Oli for use on race weekends by Dembel, a Hungarian company who create luxury motorhomes.
30:16Oli is a very busy driver.
30:21And there's a lot of buzz going around him, being the first year in the Formula One.
30:26So really, Oli is looking Dembel as his home away from home in a very luxurious way.
30:33It's beautiful.
30:35It's even better than my house, which is maybe something I should work on.
30:38But, you know, the great thing about these motorhomes is that we can park so close to the races anywhere we want.
30:44You know, right now at Silverstone, I'm five minutes away from the track.
30:48The nearest hotel is 30 or 40 minutes, which can turn into an hour quite easily.
30:53The £1.2 million motorhome maximizes Oli's recuperation time in between laps of the race track.
31:01And in return, he does a bit of valuable publicity for the brand.
31:06There's actually a bed up here which comes down, which is nice to have if we have any guests over.
31:11When it's just myself and my girlfriend, we don't need the second bed.
31:16But it comes down and last week my brother was staying with me and that was his home for the weekend.
31:21We have a full kitchen, which is great, nice comfy sofa.
31:26We had the Xbox set up last week.
31:29When I was karting many years ago, my family had a motorhome, an American one.
31:35And we used to pretty much live in that on race weekends as well.
31:38Of course, this one is incredibly luxury compared to what we had back then.
31:42And it's cool because there's a few drivers that stay in motorhomes every weekend
31:46and usually they're in kind of the same bubble together.
31:48And everyone has their own extravagant, you know, style which is really nice.
31:54The company transports the vehicle around the world.
31:57So Oli gets to enjoy private, luxury living wherever he's racing.
32:03It's crazy that we can have it at every race.
32:06Here we have the bathroom.
32:08There is a heated toilet seat.
32:10Very nice.
32:11So, here we have my bedroom.
32:15It's really nice to be in such a comfortable place.
32:18Plenty of space here.
32:20TV where I can spend some hours before bed.
32:23And, yeah, I'm just able to get a really peaceful sleep here.
32:26He really needed a place where he can rest.
32:31You will immediately notice that there is no noise around you.
32:35It's completely noise proof.
32:37So that's very important in the Formula One racetrack.
32:41After a race, nice long shower is step one.
32:45You know, we get very sweaty and hot during the race.
32:47It's good to kind of relax the muscles a little bit after a difficult race.
32:51The motorhome shower comes with a 1,000 litre fresh water tank,
32:56which the makers claim is the largest on the market.
32:59And then really just get as much sleep as possible, you know.
33:02Often on race weekends, it can be almost 12 hours in bed.
33:07As part of the service, Oli's motorhome is always fully stocked to his exact specifications
33:14before it's delivered to the next racetrack.
33:16My fridge is stocked at all times with lots of water especially,
33:21but also all of the home comforts I would have when I'm really at home.
33:25A lot of water because we're very dehydrated after a race.
33:29There's a lot of mental strain and this place just allows me to really relax.
33:35So with Oli off to face his F1 rivals on the starting grid,
33:40he knows there's a luxurious home away from home to return to, beyond the chequered flag.
33:54Budapest-based Dembel not only create motorhomes for celebrities,
33:59they're also known as the creators of the most luxurious motorhomes in Europe.
34:0312m in length, 4m in height and 2.5m in width.
34:12This is the largest licensed motorhome on the European Union roads.
34:17You cannot drive longer than 12m.
34:21These mega-large vehicles weigh a massive 26 tons and come with an equally heavy price tag.
34:281.2, 1.3 million euro.
34:31With two slide-outs on hydraulic pump systems,
34:35the vehicles add an extra 323 to 470 square feet of living space.
34:42But size isn't everything.
34:45The motorhomes, which have been dubbed land yachts,
34:48offer ultra-luxury living on the road.
34:51I think the luxurious attentional details makes the end product unique.
34:56We are fanatic about every bits and pieces of what we do in our luxurious motorhomes.
35:02We are not happy with something just good.
35:06We are really looking for the perfect finish.
35:09Meet Attila, the man who is at the heart of overseeing the production of the vehicles.
35:15The attention that is really everywhere in our operation is really in our blood.
35:20Creating a bespoke motorhome of this size can take over a year to complete.
35:28And it all starts with a structure provided by an iconic car brand.
35:34We receive Mercedes-Benz Ektros chassis and we build the dumbbell behind.
35:40Founded in 1926, the German motoring powerhouse is renowned globally
35:44for its blend of luxury, sportiness and performance.
35:49We actually convert this Mercedes into a bespoke dembal motorhome.
35:55A structure of this size needs to be ultra-sturdy in order to be roadworthy.
36:00Because of the 12 meter length vehicle, we need to make sure that the vehicle doesn't deform,
36:07doesn't switch, turn, whenever it goes in a bump or uphill.
36:12It's a heavy vehicle, it's 26 tons, so it always remains in the same shape.
36:17The clients of ours, they are high network clients and they expect nothing less but perfect.
36:23This unit is the dembal signature model. It's not just big, it's not just the most luxurious,
36:33but it has got a secret feature that we are really proud of.
36:37We're just going to press this button and look what happens.
36:40The company have come up with a solution to the ultimate billionaire's problem.
36:45Where to store your Ferrari California, or whatever your supercar of choice is,
36:49when you're enjoying life on the road in your luxury motorhome.
36:54Whenever they park, they're not going to move with that, right?
36:57You get your best spot, you want to explore the neighbourhood, so how do you do that?
37:01You need to come up with a solution that a small car fits in your motorhome.
37:07Clearly, if you look into the garage space, you might think, hey, how will I fit the car here?
37:11It's just impossible. And look what happens.
37:13This is a bedroom floor patented by dembal.
37:20By raising the bedroom floor, the garage space is expanded to accommodate a car.
37:27There you go. And this is a massive garage space.
37:30Massive garage space.
37:43Let's press the green button. And here we go.
37:47The high-spec garage can accommodate any car up to four metres long.
37:52Car is in. Garage there is closed. We are ready to rumble. We are ready to go anywhere we want around the world.
38:03Inside the vehicle itself, luxury living on the road is in evidence everywhere.
38:10The interiors have been specially crafted by the award-winning Italian design studio Galecci and Minotti,
38:16who are best known for their work on luxury yachts.
38:21We don't have sharp edges. We only have curved areas. Everything is polished to the perfection.
38:27We use a very special paint from Italy. And we paint every surface, seven different layers.
38:34And it's so difficult. It took us almost six months to get it right.
38:38It was a nightmare. But once we get it right, we have this finish which is absolutely outstanding.
38:44The upholstery is the work of the same team who make the interiors in Ferraris and Bentleys.
38:52And the latest technology has been employed to ensure life on the road is as comfortable as possible.
38:59Because the software, what actually runs the entire system, it turns, it converts the motorhome into a smart home.
39:06Everything is basically sensor measured and reacts to your needs all the time.
39:16The master bedroom stretches the entire width of the vehicle and features a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and an integrated TV.
39:25And the most luxurious, yet simple and functional technology ensures the owners are always in control of the mega motorhome.
39:34Right behind this door is basically the brain, the front end of the vehicle.
39:42Everything is integrated into this screen over here. It's very clean, very easy to use.
39:47It's really designed for any user.
39:50The main screen controls all the functionalities of the vehicle.
39:53And you can even manage the vehicle when you're away from it, via a smart app.
40:04No motorhome leaves the Budapest HQ until it's been thoroughly road tested.
40:09This afternoon, one of the firm's co-owners, Gabor, is helping Attila to assess if the latest model is ready for shipping.
40:16We will never hand over a vehicle that we personally don't shine.
40:21Gabor and Attila need to test if the huge vehicle is as luxurious to drive as it is to live in.
40:28This is the highest sitting position you can drive in Europe.
40:32You have a feeling you are a king on the roads.
40:35Gabor also needs to test if the innovative 360-degree camera system on the vehicle is working perfectly.
40:43I'm really, really happy with this car.
40:46I will talk with the guys in the factory. They made an excellent job.
40:51This vehicle is ready for shipping.
40:55And the owner, like many of their high-net-worth clients, may opt for the company's VIP service.
41:02The concierge service was created for our clients to make sure that we offer them 360-degree service, 724.
41:09For an additional £20,000 a year, the motorhome team guarantee that there will only ever be a phone call away.
41:19Whenever they want to have the vehicle delivered to a location, then we will deliver it so the client just can fly down with their private jet.
41:26They can enjoy their time, and whenever they're done, they give us a call and we go and we pick up the vehicle.
41:30But not everyone needs a concierge service, especially if you live in your motorhome 24-7.
41:43Like Michigan couple Hillary and Chris.
41:45We get bored really easily. I've never lived anywhere more than two years.
41:50This is like the perfect mix for us where we can still explore and try new things, but we don't have to move our stuff constantly.
41:57No cell service. No cell service. No cell service.
42:01For 105 kilometers.
42:03Let's hope we don't have trouble.
42:05And the couple's radical lifestyle change has now become a social media phenomenon.
42:11About two years ago, we decided to start sharing our experiences of living and traveling full-time in a motorhome on social media.
42:18Today is finally the day. After four and a half years of RVing, we are taking our RV into Canada for the very first time.
42:26I posted an online tour of our new motorhome. It got about 400 million views worldwide.
42:33Now we have about 2.6 million followers across our social media channels, and never in our wildest dreams did we ever think this was going to be a reality.
42:41But we were able to turn this into a full-time job doing content creation and sharing all about our journeys.
42:49Four years after selling their home and becoming permanent motorhomers, Hillary and Chris and their dog Axel.
42:56That Axel recognizes where we're at.
42:58He's excited. He knows.
43:00Have just returned from a cross-country 5,000-mile road trip.
43:03We really just took it out, pushed it all through the Pacific Northwest and up into Canada and back into Minnesota and finally back into Michigan.
43:12One of the unique benefits of a life of luxury on four wheels is the ever-changing backdrop of some of America and Canada's most stunning scenery.
43:22From the awe-inspiring Monument Valley in Arizona to the breathtaking peaks of the Rockies.
43:27But if you're wealthy, you can also afford a permanent parking spot that is a cut above any other.
43:37So we own two lots at different motorcoach resorts across the country.
43:41We own one in Southern California and we also own this one here in Northern Michigan.
43:46And we just chase the weather. So for us, it's always 75 degrees year-round, right?
43:52We're just in a different location.
43:53Look at the waterfall.
43:57Yes. It's always pretty to return here.
44:02Halfside Grove in Michigan is a high-end resort created to cater exclusively to super-wealthy motorhome residents.
44:10Basically, it's like living in a country club for motorcoach owners.
44:15Some of the motorhomes can cost multi-millions and it's really just all about giving you kind of that home base in a sense to park your motorcoach and have a place that really feels like yours and feels like home.
44:27This is definitely a luxury lifestyle and it's a very unique experience.
44:30At their Michigan base, the couple own land on which they've created a five-star living space.
44:39So we actually had this new pergola built and it is a beautiful pergola that covers the entire space.
44:48So we have a living area here with a sectional sofa, a large fire pit so we can sit around and stay cozy at night.
44:54And then we also hung an outdoor TV so that way we can spend almost all of our time outside and really never have to go inside.
45:01We do. We live out here. I mean, this is where we spend all of our time when we're not in the coach.
45:06Living in an RV, your kitchen is typically a little bit smaller, even though ours inside the coach is really nice.
45:12It's amazing to have this expanded space out here where we can cook, have friends over and just really enjoy a good time.
45:18It's my favorite spot.
45:19And at their plush resort, everyone has a luxury motor home.
45:24The RV community is very close knit and it's a lot of people that are very active, want to hang out, want to do things.
45:31We have more friends now living in a motor home than we ever did living in a house.
45:35And I mean, our social calendar is totally packed full now.
45:38It honestly does feel like we're living our dream.
45:41I'd say it's even better than living our dream because it's a dream I didn't even realize that I wanted until you started to live it.
45:46And this is amazing. Every day you wake up, it's not like being on vacation. It's just like your life is a vacation almost.
45:54For Hillary and Chris, though, the call of the road is always strong.
45:59If we decide one day we want to pack up and leave and go take a weekend trip, we really easily can because the RV is here.
46:05We've already got all of our stuff in it. We just have to disconnect it, pull it out, and we're off for a new weekend adventure.
46:10Thanks for cleaning, interview.
46:11Have a good weekend adventure.
46:16Thank you, and the fun day, you might be having a really nice discoveries from À Canada if you have any money.
46:25See you next time.
46:27Good day, hots200 on the vacation you can do to get the crap out of your house in this channel.
46:32Take care to a good weekend adventure.
46:34Day 1 pela na na na na na na na na na na na na na.
