A full circular halo forms around the sun, creating a rare atmospheric display in the sky.
Kiyanna Rama, from Wolverhampton, UK, filmed the phenomenon after noticing a bright ring completely encircling the sun above the city.
The footage shows a clear 22-degree sun halo, which is caused by sunlight passing through ice crystals in high-altitude clouds.
The video captures the rainbow-like colours of the halo against a deep blue sky, with nearby buildings visible below the glowing circle.
