00:00On Christmas Eve, every year, I always do a family gift for my fam.

00:05And usually it is matching pajamas or I'll get us crazy slippers.
00:11I got us all dinosaur feet slippers one year, which were really funny.

00:16You know, the last year, maybe two years ago, we got an Oculus.
00:20So the kids all played with that, which is really fun.
00:22You know, we all had fun with it.
00:23And it's just as much fun watching someone do weird things when you can't see what they're doing.

00:34Well, first of all, I think it's really cool that for your family gift, it's not always PJs, right?
00:38It could be, but it could be an activity like the Oculus.
00:42It could be something silly like the dinosaur feet slippers.
00:45It could be a trip.
00:46I think that we've done trips before where I'll do like a little scavenger hunt throughout the house on Christmas Eve.
00:52And then the kids realize that like in January, we're going to Disney or something.
00:57Or we're going on a cruise or, you know, but there are teenagers.

01:02And this is a lot of pressure because this is Christmas Eve.
01:05So Santa comes in the morning with all the nice big gifts, right?
01:08But mom, you're under the spotlight.
01:11It's just something, it's just my little thing for the family.
01:13My husband really never even has anything to do with it.
01:16It's really just my little thing.
01:18And at this point in my life, I'm sorry that I started this tradition.
01:21Yep.
01:21Because it seemed, it was so easy when they were really little and it has gotten harder, but they love the tradition of it.
01:26So I have to come up with something.
01:28Well, whether you do this or not, members of the summer squad, maybe let's, let's get creative.
01:33Whether it's a game, an activity, a trip, something, something matching, something creative, go outside the box.
01:40Because I think we could come up with some really cool ideas.
01:42Maybe it's an experience.
01:43Maybe it's a day trip somewhere that I just haven't thought of.
01:47If, you know, like that's fun.
01:48Like we do, we do road trips together really well.
01:51Like, you know, so maybe it's something like that.

01:58It's a great board game.
01:59And as a board game lover.
